I bought a bunch of books today, and my father, instead of being outraged, complimented me on my taste. Nice little surprise. :P

I had my ears re-pierced today! I got them done quite a few years back, but the holes closed up. It's nice to be able to wear my earrings again!

My breakfast consisted of tea and cake, and this afternoon I'm going to the movies with my parents and then to find new glasses which I sorely need.

I love waking up to pure silence and realizing that I have the house to myself for the day ^__^

I FINALLY get to see Harry Potter 7! Yay!

Our HD TV arrived! Hellloooooo, 1.07 METRES (diagonally) of 1080p picture. Sorry, we're, like, the last people we know to make the upgrade to HD, my brother and I are a little giddy.

My dad and his girlfriend announced last night that they're getting married! They've been together for 7 years with no plans to get hitched but it was a big birthday for her yesterday and they decided that it would be nice to be married now they're getting older so my dad proposed. It's so exciting!

Last night was legit, hanging with the home slices later today. Happy New Year !

Well I'm still overly happy about the Capitals winning the Winter Classic last night, but since it's not actually January 1 anymore the thing that made my day today is the fact that the Patriots won their last regular season game 38-7 against the Miami Dolphins.

FOOD. Well, food other than peanut buttered waffles without milk.

Buying two pairs of sequined flats and two sweaters on sale for a collective $40. I get really excited about buying things on sale .
