Well to keep it generalish, I'm in what used to be the Pine Rivers Shire (Eaton's Hill, Albany Hills, Albany Creek, Strathpine ect.) I'm about half an hour/40 minutes from the city.

Oh yeah, that area.
I live in the Western Suburbs near oxley, Graceville, Indooroopilly kind of area.

So what do you do, student, work, bum off parents? :D

If you dont mind that is, Um how do you make your own costume content? do you like go to photoshop.com ? i would like to make my own costume content sims instead of downloading other creations...

Heyo to everyone I haven't said hi to yet! lol.

Honey heart, I think that creating Custom Content is going to be a little bit beyond you. For a start photoshop is a program which you have to pay for, then you need a 3d modelling tool, a UV Mapper tool, SimPE, Bodyshop, Managed DirectX, NVidia DDS Utilities. You also need to know how to use these programs which I doubt you do. Just stick to DL'ing other peoples.

shanOw thanks for all that! i heard about gimp program from someone helping me create costume content.. i just want to make my own clothes, headbands, wings and recolour hairstyles... thats all really... i'll have a go at using gimp and if im no good at it i will stick to downloading.. need to buy more GB tho! lolz... and no i dont know how to use any of those programs! Bummer! i just wanted to make a simself of me thats all really and some other different sims too.. i had good ideas...rats!

I know! It's crazy! Melbourne's having the worst time at the moment though it's like 46 degrees!

yes, I live not far from melbourne city and its been getting to about 45, and to make it worse the power keeps getting cut off

Yeah I heard about the power problem, it must be really hard for those firefighters.

Yeah, we have a planned power-out on the fourth because of the damned heat. The tennis is in Melbourne too. That would suck.

Oh yeah! Feel sorry for those players.

I am not a huge fan of tennis...

On the plus side, I have a notebook! I can still play!

The power goes out at 9:00, comes back on at 10:00, and I need to leave to get my book pack at 11:00. Crazy!

Australia's weather is just all out of wack this summer... Cyclones, heat waves, floods, nice cool days its crazy all over the place

I live in one of the towns that has been devastated by fires, and all I can see is that the heat on Saturday was nothing I had ever felt before, the windy was gale force and everything was very dark, the next day it looked like a bomb had gone off, the amount of land and homes and people that these fires have taken out is just incredible.

Oh no! That's terrible! I am so sorry.

Yes it's been so hot. I hope you keep safe.

oh rosaline_10 thats horrible, I feel so sad for the lives and homes lost in this, I dontated to the fund, it was only $16, the last dollars left in my account, But I know every cent counts, and it was the very least that I could do to help those who have lost everything.

My thoughts are with every one struck by this

Yes my family donated money too, once again it's not much, but it still makes a difference.

Hey guys, I'm from Sydney.

It's so bad about the bush fires and all the lives lost! My school is donating money to the cause. I can't believe over 76 million dollars has been raised so far, its great.

I hope that everyone in that area that has been effected, the best and anyone you know that is in that area all the best!

However, it is still a terrible thing, especially if it happened to you. I was lucky not to be hit by the Tassie bushfires. They were so close to where I was on holiday.

Hope they catch those fire bugs! Who in the world would want to kill all those people and burn those people's house to the ground!

Ugh. The power kept cutting off? We lost ours for a week! Stupid possums snapped the wire outside. Thankfully we were able to stay at a relative's but I couldn't play my Wii D:

Yeh, the really hot days, luckily were only for about a week then it rained for a week and now it's been warm and a bit overcast... crazy weather!

I swear, us Tassies are migrating further away from Antarctica and moving closer to the tropics. I think all of us Aussies are.

Aye who else think Rudd's doin a bad job on runnin Australia, my personal oppinion is him and Howard turned this beautiful nation into something its not, they messed it up bad =(.

Im normally known in the Sims community as NeonAngel but i couldnt have that user name here!!!

Im really into the Sims games and have been for about 6 years. I like building and recently got into clothing recolors. I love taking screen shots of my Sims too, thats probably my fave. I have recently started uploading my content here and its being received well. :lovestruc


Im a loyal Sims 2 player but i dont mind building in the Sims 3, i LOVE the plants and landscaping options in it. I still have fond memories of Sims 1 and there are a lot of things i miss about it. Good old days!
