What's happening in your Sims game right now? Mine, nothing, because I haven't loaded TS2 in 10 years. :D

Chaos is happening in my game, and I'm not sure I like it! I'll update with more later.

I've finally finished all of the individual family photos! Eight households, some with over six sims... Yikes. I know it's small potatoes considering the sizes of more established 'hoods, but it's quite the achievement for me! Once I get them uploaded I shall share!

Congrats, were you finagling around with pose boxes or were they posing with the in-game poses?

Okay, let's get this party started.

Right now I've just finished the first post-Rhett-move-in round in Pleasantview in the GS Uberhood Challenge, and darned if I know where it's going. Morticia Goth was in platinum. Alexandra was in aspiration failure. Caspian Goth is engaged to and friends with Donna Lothario but not in love with her and is in aspiration failure. However, when Caspian and Donna both came home with Darrell Dreamer after the first-night outing, Daria witnessed them flirting and hates them both. Darrell was upstairs and missed it. Danielle and Gary-Stu Pleasant were all over each other like a cheap suit as soon as I opened the house. Everyone in the house was at platinum, except Danielle, because only she hasn't been getting out - Gary-Stu has been coming home with the Beeches a lot and making friends like that, while Angel and Lucifer have also been coming home from school. Lucifer wants to be friends with Catherine Hart and Angel wants to be friends with Geoff. They each bolt each other's girlfriends and not their own. I've done a lot of remodeling on that house because honestly, nothing about it makes any sense. At the Brokes, Brandon was too tired and depressed to pick up the phone, much less go on a first -night outing, but George Newson came home from school with Dusty and they're getting along just great.

Oh, and the Goths and Brokes had adopted cats in the backgrounds of community lots, while the Pleasants had adopted a seriously ugly dog.

I had married Dick Caliente to Penny Weiss and moved Nick in with them, so he's dated Donna (and a few other people) and she's in platinum, in love with Nick and Kaylynn. Danielle dropped in and she hired Kaylynn as a maid and then hung out with her on the couch while Danielle soaked in the tub. It looked a lot like the start of a porn movie and didn't get less so when she brought the first-night outing home. No bolts for Kaylynn or Caspian, but with Kaylynn that just may be because she's been dragged toward the het end by dating Nick. She met Rhett once while he was living in Veronaville, where Dick saw him flirt with her, but Dick and Nick and Rhett are getting along pretty good, having met each other through Penny, so at least he's got an in with them.

All the town's prospective babymamas - Danielle, Donna, Darrell, and Joan Burb (I'm missing somebody, aren't I? Who'm I missing?) - have pre-existing connections to the Harts which I hope to exploit. The Burbs are living in the same luxury apartment complex as the Harts, and there's a hot tub, and she has loving on her mind but her husband doesn't, so that's promising. The twins have been coming home with the Harts as well as other people, so they can introduce their parents; but Danielle's situation is going to give him Sandy flashbacks so I don't know how feasible that'll be. Donna's already met Rhett so I can just have her call him. Caspian is good friends with Gabby O'Mackey, who is still in love with Rhett, so he can also be dragged into the middle of things that way. Gabby actually called Caspian for his first-night outing, and I was hoping she'd bring Rhett with her, but she brought everyone except him. Darrell made friends with River Traveller in the background sometime and the friendship decayed about the time the lot opened; plus Daria brought home Beaumont Monty and took a call from his sort-of-girlfriend Angel Hart, with whom she'd like to be friends, so there's another vector. Dusty Broke also knows Angel Hart's other boyfriend Ash Greenman and also made friends with George, who is the first guy Catherine kissed and is fixing to be the first guy she cheats on. So despite his failure to appear, I don't anticipate a lot of trouble getting Rhett to meet everybody.

Rhett himself seems not to be leaving the house, still in mourning for Vidcund. Angel was mad at him for awhile, so she hasn't been making him keep up appearances, and he's let his hair and beard get long. He brought a townie home from work - a female townie, of course; he hasn't brought home a single guy from work in his adult life - but as soon as he got out of the carpool with her he thought of Vidcund's grave and went inside to put Vallie to bed. His first night outing was with the old Strangetown crowd, which I found touching.

Also, Devine Gorey had her third child, Edward, in the morning and her twins, Kevin and Ashley, grew up in the afternoon. I determined aspiration by dieroll. Kevin (who has Devine's round face and Allegra's long nose) is Romance and Ashley (who is handsome as all get out) is Fortune. The only teen girl at the party was Leslie Hart, so they both checked her out. Kevin thought she was kind of meh - he likes redheads with mechanical points - but she's his best friend so he's thinking about falling in love with her anyhow. Ashley, however, finds her majorly hot and stepped in to chat her up. They did as much arguing as chatting but that was mostly throwing sparks. I ship it a little, but we'll see how Leslie feels about it.

Silver Beech Hart's band Heartocalypse is living communally, with drummer/manager Aiken's wife Meadow and bassist Bud Weiss's wife Shannon both wanting babies. Aiken wants one too, so he and Meadow got to it in the afternoon, but Shannon is going to have to find time to seduce Bud into it, which will be tricky, as they're both in their LTW professions - architecture and adventure - and their hours are lousy, plus Aiken and Silver are trying to arrange regular gigs for them, at least until actual music jobs turn up for them. They played in the new outdoor venue in Pleasantview (350 Main is awful, so I added a stage and a day spa - who needs parking lots?), where they met Johanna Powers. She jammed with them awhile and she and Silver got along wonderfully, so after they got home he invited her and her bandmates, Chaz Whippler and Gunda Roque, over. Gunda and Chaz were fighting over Ross Sharpe, which is bad for the band, so Aiken and Third distracted them and eventually they wound up playing pinball together. Silver triple-bolts every one of them, but Johanna was the one on his mind and she was more than amenable to improving the acquaintance. Third dated Amin Sims, who he picked up at the grocery store, and was in a pretty good mood about it; but he can't find his slacker job, either. Bud and Third aren't quite sure how to break it to Aiken and Silver that they're not that hopped up about being a band forever, but that's a problem for another day.

Meanwhile, Max's sister Alicia has found another super fan. She brought her guitar along to amuse the locals with her musical talent (and maybe make a few bucks to pay her brother back for the ticket), and fellow tourist Didrik promptly planted himself in front of her, clapping wildly and cheering her performance for the coming four hours.


All in all, I'd say a successful evening at the beach That is until the Twikki Island weather decided to remind everyone that it ain't going to be an idyllic sunny paradise all the time, by conjuring up a nice hail storm.

The rotation has finally come back around to:

Newson (Garrett and Terra Smith Newson): They have come a long way (with the help of Georgia). She gave them $20K to send their two children to college. Cosmo, their oldest, refused to go to college because he wants to be a dancer. The family decided to use his $10K to expand their house a bit so the kids could have their own rooms. They also upgraded their furniture. Everything was getting better. For some reason, though, both Garrett and Terra wanted to have a third baby. So Titan was born. With no room, they put his crib in the hallway and the changing table outside. It was only for a little while because Cosmo was nearing 18 years old. About this time, Terra got a bonus of $17K. They decided to give Cosmo $10K of this to start his new life. He will have to buy a small house, but perhaps better than the one-room shack his parents started with. His sister Galactica grew to a teen and is now able to help out with Titan (who has his own room now that Cosmo is gone). She's a unique looking alien hybrid, but cute in her own way.


Next up were the Travellers (David Gibson and Tabitha Traveller Gibson): Their home is also a bit packed. Tabitha's brother Thomas is a teen and still lives with them. Plus they are raising Taylor's (Tabitha's sister) daughter Danielle. Tabitha doesn't know this, but Danielle is David's daughter thanks to a drunken woohoo with Taylor one day while Tabitha was at work. At any rate, she is treated as a second class citizen because all Tabitha's time is spent with her twin boys Deven and Dorien. David and Tabitha also foolishly got a want to have another baby (as if the house isn't packed enough). They tried several times with no luck. In the meantime, Thomas was abducted and came home pregnant. Since he wants to go to college, they were thinking about adopting his child. However, about the time they decided this, Tabitha finally got pregnant. Thomas had twin boys (Telesto and Tethys) and put them up for adoption. Shortly after that, he left for Uni and the rotation was over before Tabitha had her child. Hopefully, it will be a single birth this time.

I attached a recreation of Magic Town to a recreation of Old Town and could not be happier. My goal to turn S2 into Makin' Magic is becoming more realistic.

As for gameplay help I've been sucked into Second Life someone save me...

Chaz Whippler, the reigning Lothario of my Uberhood finally got married. For most of his adult life he lived with a harem of three women. Two of these women often had his children. He loves kids. The third never could seem to get pregnant by him and finally tried an (ahem) alternative method with a townie. The result was little Brustad. She wasn't just blond like most of his kids; her hair is platinum. He adored her from birth, but soon realized something was up when he intercepted a child support payment from her real father. It changed how he viewed her, but not his love for her. As she matured to a teen, he realized he was in love with her (but what's new, he fell in love every day). Her pregnancy while still a teen rocked the extended family. They broke up and moved out. Chaz did, too, because he blamed her for getting pregnant. But he couldn't stay away. He married her the day she became old enough. He has since grown to an elder and, while never one for career advancement, he has, nevertheless, made a happy home with the wife he adores. They have six children (making a total of 16 for him) and have moved into a huge ship moored just off shore.

Smith (Theo) - Now I get to see the results of all the recent shenanigans and what to do about it. Apparently Aaliyah was in love with Amin, so that's why she soundly slapped him silly. I'm not used to all these negative relationships! But first I have to change Banyan's clothes, he's in a kimono and it REALLY doesn't suit him - and I forgot last rotation. In fact, most of the family needed a change of clothes due to it being summer. It didn't take long after I summoned the family that Bambi got into a fight with her uncle Thorn. Stephanie gave birth to a girl name Cailean. While she was doing that Abe and Tim Smith got into a slapfest for no apparent reason and Bambi went to work. Stephanie took a nap shortly after giving birth. Bambi came home with a promotion to Fact Checker and went to get her scholarships. Meanwhile Stephanie woke up from her nap and her and Banyan successfully TFB - there's another nooboo on the way! Then it was time for Bambi to move to college - she's the last of the B generation in this household.

Then my game crashed for the first time in forever, though fortunately I was just moving Bambi into college. So after restarting my computer (and dealing with quite a few updates) Bambi finally went to college! Luckily she grew up into decent clothes, then it was time for her to move into SilverMoon House. Then back to the main lot, where family shenanigans are still going on - and for some reason, Stephanie is the one with her arms crossed in the loading screen, yet she's not mad at Banyan. Theo and Aaliyah are the mad ones! They won't even sleep in the same bed, and successfully avoided each other all day. Theo got the bed first, so Aaliyah got stuck with some pepper punch. Stephanie popped into her first trimester by the end of their day.

In Oakbrook, I'd just started the Newson family (also in the Sentinel Apartments). But the whole apartment was glitchy and I decided I'd had enough of controller errors and no schoolbuses and such.
So the building suddenly ended up condemned by the municipal council, demolished, and a new building put in its place.
So right now I'm just moving the families back in and updating my giant spreadsheet of all my Sims.

I had a little time to play my Megahood last night, which was nice because it's been a really busy week.

All of the Newsons are teens or adults now! Gavin has already moved out and Ginger just became an adult this rotation and will also be moving out. Ginger would probably stay to take care of her siblings if she was allowed, but the rule is that only teens and younger can live in the orphanage. At the moment the orphanage is comprised of the four youngest Newsons, the youngest of the illegitimate Tricou former downtownies, and the baby daughter of Romeo Monty and Rayya Trick (another one of the illegitimate Tricous - I gave them all the last name Trick). Any babies whose parents can't/don't want to care for them and who aren't adopted right after being born are sent to live in the orphanage. Sapphire Trick (who will get to pick her own new last name once she's a teen) is the first new baby to be sent to the orphanage, and all of the teens dote on her. Gabriella surprised me by being especially enthusiastic to cuddle the baby. She's a fortune sim, but may be getting a family secondary.

Jonah and Roxie Powers gave birth to their first child, Amara. Jonah is a kind of odd romance sim because he's never actually been with anybody except Roxie. I think he's totally okay with that too. He rolls wants to flirt with other sims, but after fulfilling the want he doesn't roll any further wants to kiss or woohoo with them. I see him as a kind of flirty guy but ultimately faithful to Roxie. Roxie is a little bit less faithful, but I don't think Jonah is too concerned about it.

I'm always excited to get to the end of the downtown rotation because it means playing the bizarre, and now fairly large, low-income household. The idea is that all sims who become adults and don't have enough money to buy/rent their own place, or prefer to live with lots of other people, can live in the household. The only rules are that they must have a job and are only allowed to save half of all the money they make. I keep careful track of how much each sim has saved up so they can be given it when they move out. Right now the household is a combination of sims who left the orphanage, broke college graduates, and sims who couldn't take living with their families any more. It's always a bit nutty and usually where a lot of drama/unplanned pregnancies occur. Currently Jessie Pilferson is pregnant with Gunnar Roque's child. Again. Her first child was adopted, but her second one will most likely go to the orphanage. Jessie isn't particularly ready to be a mother, and now that Gunnar is married to someone else it's especially awkward. I'm also interested to play Lilith Pleasant, who is living there at the moment. She wants to get married to Puck Summerdream, but he hasn't shown signs of being ready to commit yet.

Now that Trigger and Sterling are toddlers, that 1 square wide corridor had to go. It was getting waaay too annoying to have to keep unjammin everyone. I ended up changing the whole house round. It's kinda awkward looking and the gym can only be accessed through the bathroom or the steps outside but it'll do. Tank and Violet are greatful to finally have a double bed.


Next door little Dexter became a toddler. He's the alien son of a wealthy Sim who was sold to an alien testing facility. Petra, the alien daughter of Loki Beaker is there too. They're now both toddlers, and currently have full roam of the lab while everything gets set up, as soon as they're old enough to look after themselves they'll be put in cells to be examined, but will still be given time to play in the yard and other activities. Dexter is quite cute, with huge bug eyes. I'm hoping someone else gets accidentally impregnated by aliens soon, but I don't force things like that to happen.

In the Picasso family, nothing much happened. Chandler Platz kept shoving and noogying Mark and Luke Picasso so they decided to stand in the bathroom playing red hands while Chandler kept trying to shoo them. He ended up wetting himself... Why couldn't he just use the other bathroom?

Speaking of Mark Picasso, him and Bunsen Beaker are getting close. They shared a few kisses today, and then immediately he ran off home after she asked him to go steady. Bunsen was quite insulted by this, and decided to go off to work in the lab. She's going to make a robotic boyfriend slave to do everything better than a real boyfriend would.

Robert and Angel Mames just welcomed their third daughter, Christian. Their oldest, Mochi, just became a boy-crazy teenager. It's a good thing sims don't judge people on appearance of hers would be a long, lonely adolescence (not to mention life). Woof, poor kid.

Just started a new round. Lot's of aging up thankfully! Oh an no one rolled a death this round, so some semi peace for now Although Hilfert and Lecia's newest daughter rolled the short end of the stick (dice?), she was named after her maternal grandmother, Danburga, who actually died in childbirth with Lecia. The baby even had her same blue eyes! Which have been absent so far Medieval hoods are fun and all for history buffs, but playing semi-realistic death rates gets pretty depressing.

Miles - Since none of the kids had their A+ (besides teen Barney) they all had to walk to school. Abbie had the day off, and Hunter went into his business. He brought Barney with him to Hunter's Music Shop so that he could start earning some badges. It finally dawned on me near the close of business that I could summon Abbie to have her continue to pass along business rewards. DOH! Barney got himself a bronze restocking badge while Brittney (who's employed here) got herself a gold cash register badge - and a pay raise. Hunter got a bronze cash register badge after sending his employees home. He got it up to level 8 before closing it down.

When Barney and Hunter returned home, Barney worked on his bronze toy making badge and Abbie passed on some more rewards to Hunter. Barney headed off to his teen job. Abbie finally manage to pass along all her rewards to Hunter. The kids brought home Barrett SilverMoon from school. Barto took a nap after doing his homework, while the rest of the kids ran around playing or blowing bubbles (on the giant hookah like thing, kind of weirds me out lol). Barney came home promoted to Foreman and becoming an overachiever. Camryn washed Baile and Cordelia before heading out to Camryn's Roller Rink. She got the business up to Rank 3 before closing it for the day and heading over to Camryn's Bakery. She got the bakery to level 4 before closing up shop and heading home. Everyone went to bed and Camryn worked on her bronze toy making badge.

SilverMoon (Abe) - Abe and Brittney went to work, while Barrett went to school, coming home with his A+. Abe finally found his Architecture job, and is now a Master Architect. Bronx got promoted to Understudy. Then it was time for Beatrice and Barbara to grow up, so Abe threw a birthday party. Barbara grew up into a fortune sim with charismatic and good at cleaning as her turn ons and fatness as her turn off. However, she grew up into entirely unsuitable for the weather clothes, yet suitable for her aspiration. Collin got caught cheating with someone on someone...I'm not entirely sure who was who! I had to wake up Beatrice to come blow out her own candles. Ah, at least part of the mystery is solved - Collin cheated on Camryn, so she smacked the living daylights out of him. Amin and Aaliyah also had some sort of altercation. Beatrice grew up into a knowledge sim with red heads and unemployed as her turn ons and hats as her turn off. Barbara wants to become the Law and Beatrice wants to become Hand of Poseidon. Most everyone had a good time at the party, and it ended up being a Good Time.

What happening in my game right now as follow:

1. Adultery
2.Fornication
3. Fighting like cats and dogs
4.Teens doing as they please sneaking out, and being caught by the police.
5.The burglars is out to take all he or she can steal - and calling it a night work.
6.Gypsy Matchmaker is still a con artist.
7. Mrs. Crumplebottom is still showing up on community lots, at the bar drinking and getting as drunk as a skunk, and interfering in other Sims love life.
8. Rivalry are being pay off to leave another Sims love interest alone.
9. Vampires are still looking for a bite of blood.
10. Sims are forgetting to pay there bills, so here comes the "Repo Man."
11. Lazy free- loaders Sims who come to the community lot and steal other Sims drink and food.
12.The Slob who seem to walk around and go out in his or her PJ, making all kind of sounds in a restaurant.
Farting, Spitting, Belching and sloppy eating, they seem to enjoy during those thing when my Sims is out on a date and the Slob sat near them.
13. Last is the Romance Sims who will be just that, always wanting to "woohoo" with 10 or more Sims.
14. My Knowledge Sims is still looking out the window to see a ghost or see a wolf. That a few things that go on in my game

I got some flow and played with Ducky Neighbour for several simdays in a row. She had a burglar, but luckily the police managed to catch him. Another night she got abducted by aliens, and when the initial shock had worn off she went straight to warm up at the ballet barre. Cool cucumber. She later had to lock the room where the ballet barre is, because everytime she had guests, they would go straight to it rather than, say, hang out with her.
I had some plans for her to hit on a guy named Julian so he could impregnate her in the future, but she made it very clear she found him unattractive, so I ditched that plan. They did become friends, though, mostly because he called her pretty much every day. Seems like he didn't find her unattractive, because one day he rang the doorbell and when she greeted him he attempted to throw himself in her arms, but she wouldn't catch him. It's the first time I've seen that action rejected. It got so awkward their relationship sank so they weren't friends anymore, but after some casual talking it went back, and frankly that was good because she needs more friends to get promoted.
She did, however, find Kaylynn Langerak a real two-bolter. She didn't make any move towards her, they just talked all night. Ducky, who usually goes to bed by 18-19, was orange-tired but neither of us wanted Kaylynn to leave so she endured until some time after midnight. And when she finally had to say goodbye, she and Kaylynn kissed each other goodbye. Two days later (we didn't want to get too pushy) Ducky talked to her on the phone so that they became friends, and two days after that she invited Kaylynn, and they became best friends quicker than I've ever seen two sims do. Ducky gave Kaylynn a massage and Kaylynn wouldn't stop making dirty jokes, but me and Ducky didn't quite know whether to proceed or keep everything on platonic terms. But ultimately we decided that we really wanted to kiss Kaylynn again, and so Ducky got her first official kiss, and then came the pink hearts. It was great.

Hanson - Shawn spent the morning working on teaching Becky how to walk, while Andromeda worked on her gold restocking badge, which she got. The butler potty trained Bary successfully. At 6pm it was time for Barton to grow up, so Andromeda called a birthday party. Barton grew up into a child, with weather/season appropriate clothing and his birthday party was a roof raiser. Barton went to bed right afterwards (and after I built him a bedroom) and Shawn worked on teaching Becky how to walk again. Andromeda went to bed too, after fixing the shower that she broke. Becky finally learned how to walk. By that point, Becky had to use the toilet so Shawn started potty training her.

I spent last night building a house with a pool on a deck. When I had first sat down it was with the intent of building apartments in Bluewater for my current 'hood. I only have low class apartments, and I want some high class social townies. Unfortunately, I forgot when I placed the lot that apartments should be on mostly flat lots, and I didn't remember until I went into the lot and saw the hill. I didn't want to delete the lot as I find deleting sloped lots messes up 'hood terrain, so I started playing with ideas from this thread. Zarathustra's suggestions for fireplaces and the pool tutorial gazania posted in particular intrigued me. I got the shell of the house done, and it's OK, but I wish I'd started farther from the edge of the lot because of the way the lot slopes on one side. I also should have made the pool one tile wider. I did manage to get the pool to be completely surrounded by raised deck - using the platform/indoor stage pieces instead of decking on the three sides without the ladder and diving board. Inside the house, I put elaborate (for me) fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room. The house is huge compared to what I normally build (it's 2 story with a footprint about the same as the Landgraab house in Bluewater), and even though it still lacks most windows, floors, and wall covers, it currently costs about $53,000. I normally build starter houses, expand existing houses, or build simple apartments.

I'm not completely happy with the layout, but I've got some ideas how I'd like to modify what I did. I'm kicking myself for building in my main game; I should have been experimenting in my build folder, but the house will do for someone rich in my game. I think Brittany Upsnott and Mr. Big may move into it - she's topped show business, and he's at or near the top of the law career. Right now, I'm creating a new build-only game folder.

The little bit of time I did spend playing with my sims was spent with Florence Delarosa. She got engaged to Cyd Roseland and he and Porthos have moved in with her. After that, it seemed like all they wanted to do was interact with Porthos. I think Cyd is going to become the owner of a pet park, but other than that, I'm not sure what to do with them. Their wants weren't helping me figure that out, and after two days of watching them I took my break to go and build.

The last few months I've been back to sims 2. My TS4 has been acting unplayable glitchy, and I don't feel like sifting through my mods to find the culprit, and TS3 has no hope of running until I get a new laptop (Mine is .... kind of terrible)

But anyways, I'm back to Sims 2, and I'm falling in love all over again, I forgot how amazing it was! How is it that a game that came out like 15 years ago is better than games that came out just 2 years ago? Granted, I've got the Deluxe Edition, and Sims 4 is still releasing new content ... but still.

Anyway, Ive just made a new town (I miss being able to create a world so easily and in-game!) called Fantasia ... it's not based off of the Disney Fantasia, but it's a place full of non-human sims. So I'm playing rotational households to set some roots in my new town/world. I also wanted to just place my own lots in this world, not Maxis or downloaded lots, so I've been doing a lot of building in this world. I decided to go with super cheesy family names, so I have the Blood Family, a family of vamps. The Flora family, plant sim family. The Magis Family - witches and warlocks, Wolff family, werewolves. I have a two-family household, The Stars and Stellar families, two male best friends who were planning on living the sweet bachelor life, until they both got abducted and impregnated by aliens.

Right now I'm mostly focused on the Blood family. I have the parents; Vicki and Jason Blood, they have 3 kids - Teenaged Tori, child-aged Jackson, and the baby(toddler) Olivia. I built them a sweet house, with an "indoor yard" and a playground so the kids can play outside during sunlight hours. Tori has a crush on her best friend, Griffen, and they'll be going on their very first date soon. Little Olivia has finished learning all her basic life-skills and is ready to age up to a kid. I just downloaded Echo's freaking AMAZING carnival mod, so I'll be building a little amusement park for Fantasia - which will probably be the location of Tori and Griffen's first date.

I was playing the Newson family again, in their new apartment. Ginger had dropped out of school temporarily (using the flexi school) to care for the toddlers, while Gavin got a job in the criminal career (it was the first thing that came up in the newspaper, so I went 'why the hell not' and worked it into the story). Soon Georgia had learned to walk but Garrett's aspiration was in the red and he kept crying. Then Gavin came home and fed the two toddlers while Ginger had a well-needed lunch. Fortunately he didn't have work that day so he worked on his homework until Gallagher and Gabriella came home. Gabriella had brought Sharla Ottomas home, so the three kids headed out to the little playground behind the apartment building to play (Andrew Palmer, who is friends with Gallagher, was also there). Then everyone came in, did homework, and had supper. And I guess I hadn't noticed Ginger's energy meter dropping down, because after she finished eating, she suddenly got up and passed out on the floor.



I'm buying Ginger an espresso machine.

Anyways then Gallagher taught Garrett a nursery rhyme, which brought his aspiration back up to green.

The Newsons are a fun family to play.

At his very moment in my game I just completed building and adding this "Pets" shop to my custom neighborhood I wanted to make my own and not use Maxis that already in the game.
I use creator Mary Lou Mini lots a 2x1 her small lots are great to use. Here are some Pictures below of my new Pets shop. This will be a community lot or private own,
I have a Sims name Rick who just love all kinds of animals, he even try to befriend the smelly skunk, maybe I will make him the owner of the Pet Shop.

SilverMoon (Barak) - The first thing Barak did after moving into his new house was calling Nerissa to come over. Okay, so the very first thing was an attempt to jump rope, but Nerissa is WAY more important. *nods* They got married in a quickie wedding on the sidewalk, since I wanted someone to have the rich sim memory! I made them dig for treasure while I added their furniture. Barak got into his LTW job and is now a Master of Ceremonies and Nerissa got into her's as well, and is now a Rookie. Both rolled for pleasure as their secondaries. Barak had to go to work, so Nerissa putzed around the house for awhile, then started a garden. Abbie and Stephanie both wandered in at various points as well as some random townie. Barak and Nerissa are expecting their first child!

I just reinstalled my game and about to load my cc into this one after installing empty templates(yet again)... everything is convenient now that I can find all the things I've downloaded in WinRar

Since the first round of Pleasantview was almost entirely taken up by first night outings, I decided to do a second round before advancing Rhett's time by a day. Joan Burb, working in the oceanography career, brought Woody Weiss home from work and spent several hours in the hot tub with him and Rhett, making friends with Woody and ending up -4 with Rhett! So I don't think that one's going anywhere. However, she took Lucien out and fulfilled his wish for a dog - a yellow cocker spaniel named Tucker, of course!

Lucifer invited household on his friend Angel Hart and his girlfriend Diara Dreamer, with the result that Rhett met the last eligible Pleasantview ladies. Danielle, after having a pleasant conversation with him, influenced Darrell to talk to him, too. Their first conversation didn't go well, but then she turned right around, sizzled at him, and started in giving him compliments, which Rhett lapped up as per usual. Meanwhile, Danielle and Gary-Stu were canoodling hard. Their poor relationship with their sons and Danielle's flirtation with Kaylynn aside, they appear to have a very happy marriage and unless she gives me some sign of being truly villainous I think she's putting herself out of the running.

It's too early to be dogmatic, and I've been fooled before, but the smart money is on Darrell. She is exactly his type - she's Knowledge, she admires him, and she's lonesome and in distress. She's in the early stages of aspiration failure, in mourning for a husband - as he's mourning his wife! They don't bolt, but she's never been flirted with despite being a married woman with a hopeless crush, and I predict it'll be two bolts. Danielle and Donna are both triples, but neither is showing any sign of losing their heads.

Lucifer kept poking his brother. This is bound to remind Rhett of the General and make a bad impression, so I had Danielle encourage niceness. Which didn't take, since they aren't friends, but at least she made an effort.

I've got three families moved into my Wildcat Canyon game and all live in rental housing so far because the first two families couldn't afford to own until they find jobs.The Smith family just arrived most recently and they're just getting settled into their social assistance loft complex where they're getting 9000$ twice a week from welfare checks.

At the local Pleasantview Prison Don Goth got promoted to Concert Pianist. He's a live-in prison guard, but also has a job in the music industry. He wants to become the ultimale rock god. Ralph Depiesse had graduated college and has moved into the prison to become the new prison warden. Word got out that Don seduced the prisoners, but there was no one else who wanted to take over his job. Now there is and he got fired. Don is still married to Cassandra and has two lovely children. He has a good relationship with his son Mordred, but Christina he barely even knows. He doesn't want to move back into Goth manor, because he'll have to conform to a monogamous life. He loves Cassandra, very much so. But he's just not made for monogamy. Cassandra would never agree to an open relationship, though. So he has no choice, but try and be discreet about his endeavors. He has to figure out a way to not move back into Goth manor and have Cassandra agree to it. That's going to be a hard one, because he previously had an actual reason.

Ralph (18) moved in and became quick friends with one of the prisoners, Alyson Noto (29). She's been in prison for the last two years. She burglarized the Dreamer house and got caught redhanded by the police. She has to last two more years and then she's a free woman. Alyson isn't a bad person. She just struggled. She actually wants to be a media magnate. She's dreaming big, but if she'll actually pursue those... That's another story. Eventually, Ralph wants to own the prison. That's his actual life dream.

Dina Caliente (46) is in prison serving a life sentence for killing five people. She is in her cell with her daughter, Sascha Caliente (3). Sascha has to leave when she is older and go live somewhere else. Probably with her father, Dirk Dreamer. Dina and Dirk are still engaged, but Dirk is quite busy with his new business so he's not visiting that often anymore. Sascha does get to visit him sometimes and then they have a lot of fun. Sascha knows how to walk, talk and use the potty by herself already. She's a smart little girl.

Sloan household - The screenshots pretty much sum up what happened during the last round at their household. At least no one died...will have to see how things go next rotation.




Hewitt household - On a happier note this family just moved to another part of town (sub-hood) and will be adopting the little dog Boomer (his original owner suddenly passed away - this was mentioned in the now closed thread) from the pet adoption pool. Will post more about this family at the end of their rotation.

Ginger Newson had headed over to the public library to catch up on her education (with the help of Inge's schoolwork pencil thing) when she bumped into Jules O'Mackey. The two struck up a conversation over coffee and Jules said she'd drop by sometime to visit.
The next day was as chaotic as ever. Ginger invited over Jules and influenced her to make a meal, which took some of the pressure off. Georgia learned to talk, and Gavin brought home Angela Pleasant and noogied her before rushing off to work. Then Angela went to the playground behind the apartment and began spinning on the spinny thing.
Both Gabriella and Gallagher came home without any homework, so Gabriella decided to invite over Sharla and the other Ottomas. But the only one who actually showed up was Samantha, who joined Angela on the spinny thing:

I played the Dreamers - who are currently 11 sims (2 adults, 3 teens, 4 children, a toddler and a baby) and a dog. For most of the day everyone's motives were great.... But then when it came to Beau going off to university, the triplets becoming teens, Drake becoming a child and DJ becoming a rather cute toddler -motives started to get low. It doesn't help that I have a mod where beds have to be assigned and if they're not, the sims wander around aimlessly or try to nap on the couch until you assign them a bed. Seeing as I had just redone all the boys bedrooms (and given the only girl in the house her own room) everyone was in a rush to get to the couches - but kept getting interrupted by a birthday. Brandi the rolled a want for Another baby.... Hell no Brandi, you already have 10 and one step-son!

SilverMoon House - Bailey continues to work on her 20 lovers LTW using the old wishing well in the backyard, but this time she got a teen, so it ended up being a wasted wish. Bambi claimed her room and went downstairs to play with the synth. Barid and Bailey managed to hold decent conversations while eating and watching TV, so maybe their relationship can be repaired. Then they all had class, with Bambi leaving first for hers. Bambi went on an outing with Chase Barber when she got home, as he was her highest match. Another bloody redhead! Bailey and Barid came back from class and Bailey booty called Dustin Quincy. Bambi's outing was only so-so since Chase was hard to nail down for long.

Barid went on a date with Estelle, and rolled an engagement want for her - which I immediately fulfilled. Naturally it was a dream date. Bailey had a dream date with Dustin, which got her aspiration up. Then they all headed off for their first finals. They all managed A+'s. Barid and Bailey go one step forward and two steps backwards in their relationship, they got into another fight, which Bailey won soundly. Barid then booty called Kathleen and Bailey went to make another wish for her LTW. Bailey also had another dream date with Dustin. Bambi got her bronze toy making badge, and now wants a silver one. Barid had another dream date with Estelle, and I remembered to set her as his one sim. Tired of him booty calling a teenager! Bambi booty called Antonio - who she has no bolts with, so I'm assuming he's gay. Okay, after a flirt he's a one bolt match - me thinks she needs to find someone else! My fault, I must have forgotten to randomize my new townies gender preference. Bailey maxed out music and dance while Barid booty called his favorite teenager and Bambi had an outing with Arash Bennett another one bolter. Bambi also maxed music and dance, then it was time for their final final! Everyone naturally got A+'s. All they do is go to class.

Gavigan (Isabella Gavigan Akagi): After her husband died, leaving her with FIVE children (four are quads), she quickly became lonely and wanted to remarry. The problem was actually having time to date. When her oldest aged up to teen and the quads to children, she decided it was time to meet some people. She went to a bar and started up a conversation with a nice looking man, but even after flirting there were zero bolts. She lost interest in him and another guy came over to talk to her. He had long hair in a ponytail, a tight muscle shirt, tattoos all over this arms, AND he was a criminal. With him, she had three bolts before they even started flirting. Well, she left the bar and in the next few days he visited her a lot. Um, Isabella, is this really the best guy to help you raise five kids?? He wants to be a criminal mastermind, you know. It didn't matter to her and pretty soon he moved in. The kids like him and she really does need the extra income - even if it is dirty money (she had $32 left after paying her last set of bills). So far, neither has rolled a want for a baby so she's on birth control. There isn't room anyway, the quads share a small room and the teen's room is even smaller. If they continue not wanting another child (and no accidents happen) and he doesn't get thrown into jail, they might just make it...

Main House - It's a Sunday, so that means family day so the Smith (Theo) and Miles households were summoned. Barbra finished teaching Cern to Play Dead and made friends with him in the process. Bartholomew wanted to be friends with Barrett, so he gave him a call. Amin went to work and Balin wanted to get fit so he dug for treasure. Wendy headed out for her first day of work. Cern came home promoted to Pet Corps and Wendy came home with a promotion to Fact Checker and Laverne Saunders. Adam maxed Cuisine. As soon as Jules got home from work he threw a birthday party for himself. Jules aged up into an elder surrounded by family and friends. He grew up into an awful shorts and short sleeved shirt combo, which I may just let him keep, cause it suits his nerdy self...but I ended up changing it to an equally nerdy summer outfit.

It's pretty quiet in SimHampton now, as it's compulsory census season. Everyone is staying in and having their possessions assessed by internationally-trained finance experts, plus being told to fill in a long and incredibly boring document full of minutae (Junior Mann's protest of, "Oh, come on! Who cares if I have 15 friends or 16? I'm the ruler, I should be exempt from this!" was heard from several miles away). The census is important as I am playing a slightly modified version of the International Challenge; it will determine what actions the "nations" can take, how big the nations are, whether my Sims are happy or unhappy with their government, and, of course, how much tax everyone pays.

The only other news of significance was that Ignazio Caliente got promoted from Pizza Dude to... ...Pizza Dude. This somehow doubled his take-home wage. Of course, he will be assessed on the higher income as this was just before the census-takers arrived at the Caliente's house!

Uh-oh. After Tara Kat got pregnant last rotation, following her divorce from Jason Larson, she's had a very relaxed parenting approach. Originally Kat Larson wasn't allowed boys in her room. Now that Tara doesn't reinforce that rule, Kat decided to call her love interest, Richard Ottomas over. He decided to bring Tommy, his older brother. One thing lead to another and Kat woohooed with Tommy on the sofa in her bedroom! - Richard didn't even care, he sat on her bed playing SSX3 on the games console. Now Kat is pregnant, and still really wants Richard. Tommy is a romance sim, and Richard is a family sim - so maybe he'll help her raise the baby while Tommy goes off in search of another lover? Also - will there be any room in the house for two babies? Kat might have to move in with her Dad in Belladonna! Meaning Richard no longer lives down the street and wouldn't be able to visit often. Luckily her cousin, Dottie Larson just moved to Belladonna too.

Virginia Beech married Jamin Rai - he taking her name by arrangement, because Dynasty - in a roof-raising home wedding to which none of either's other love interests was invited. Also absent was Virginia's half-brother, because she doesn't know about the relationship. Mikki Dosser crashed the party, looking out-of-place in sweatshirt and cargo pants, but before she could start any trouble she was distracted by cake and then she met Penny Weiss Caliente and found her a hoot. With all of the bride's Widespot friends and a selection of college friends present, the party needed no assistance in taking off. Sandy and Hamilton are ecstatic to have their daughter settled and are looking forward to the grandchild conceived on the wedding night. (Virginia's not too hyped about it, but it needed doing, and the sooner the better - live-in babysitters don't last forever.) Sandy also now harbors a secret wish for her secret son to settle down, but that's not something she can talk about.

Goldie Hart Terrano stayed home from work with baby Orion, but she really isn't cut out for all that alone time, so in the afternoon she invited over all her teen relatives and her sister Candy. It soon turned into a teen hen party as Gabe and Geoff - unable to get into the bathroom - left early. The girltalk flowed freely, and though Lana and Cathy threw some attitude at each other (something about Cathy being a jock and Lana being a know-it-all) Goldie has every reason to regard the event as a success. They stayed late, long after Sirius got home from his job as a Prestidigitator, and he basically hid from it all in the study.

Bristol also stayed home with her baby, Perdita, while Benicio went to work. She dealt with her isolation by taking calls from Rhett and her sister-in-law Devon (who still can't visit, as neither the Capps nor the Montys are reconciled to the situation).

Darlene and Bracken Moonblossom got a second room enclosed and put a bed in it, just in time for the first snowfall. They've also got a tub for washing up in the kitchen, because the shower enclosure is still roofless and fenced. The timing was good, because Darlene popped in the middle of eating breakfast. Bracken had the day off, which meant no money coming in, but meant he was on hand to fuss over her and do the cooking (at which he's not very good, but never mind; it keeps her off her feet). So Darlene started her next book, took a nice bubble bath, and called Goldie - a fellow Urele-Oresha-Cham, a near neighbor, and a mother with an infant, it behooves them to be friends. Bracken, at a bit of a loose end after Blossom went to sleep in an actual bed for the first time since her marriage, started playing with a stray dog. They both want a pet for their baby to grow up with, but aren't about to pay for one.

I popped in to Rhett's apartment to put the relevant pictures into the storytelling album before they got buried, and saw that his wants had progressed from "talk to Darrell" last time I did this, to "be best friends with Darrell" and "flirt with Darrell," even though he hasn't appeared on any community lots or visits to get wants rerolled and/or satisfied. He must've rerolled during the phone call with Bristol. He and Darrell have no bolts at all, but she's so much his type that he doesn't seem to have noticed.

At Tri-Var sorority nothing much happened. A bunch of people were invited over to socialise with. Zoe Zimmerman finished her first semester as a sophomore with a C. And Jordan Letourneau is still waiting to finally fall in love and get her first kiss. She's a sophomore and she feels like it has to happen sometime in the future. Everyone in the sorority is dating, definitely kissing and some of them even getting engaged! But lately her eye has fallen on Jimmy Phoenix. She wanted to ask him out on a date, but was too shy to actually do it. Someday...

Smith (Theo) - Sara tried to mack on Banyan, which he refused twice. So I added him to her friend zone since they don't register as family. Silly servos! Banyan headed off to work. Carl came home with a promotion to Seeing Eye Pet. Stephanie spent most of her day off digging for treasure and trying to get fit til she needed a nap. Aaliyah also wanted to get fit, so she started digging for treasure when she got home from work. Banyan came home with a promotion to Master of Ceremonies and brought Devon Ayers home with him. He immediately invited her on an outing and they hung out for a bit, til Devon decided she wanted to do something else, so Banyan started teaching Carl how to roll over. Then it was baby time! She gave birth to the next heir, a bouncing baby boy named Caden. Sara called Amin to sort out the whole cheating fiasco - she's still furious with him, but they're talking now, unlike Aaliyah and Theo, who still seem to be avoiding each other. The phone call got Sara and Amin on friendly terms again, but it will take more than that for them to be reconciled. Theo and Aaliyah did sit at the table together for a moment, and Theo seemed willing to talk but Aaliyah just got up without saying a word.

Carl and Celeste both needed baths, so I put Sara to work on the task. Aaliyah again didn't make it to bed first, so it's pepper punch for her! Since Aaliyah wanted to max Cuisine, she browsed the web for it. Sara also washed Bozo since he needed a bath too.

The Lewises, Shaylene (20) Mi'Shara (19) and their mother Sweety (51) have just moved into the Fitzmore Park area and are already causing trouble. The girls went shopping and got a bit too hyped on cola and candy. Mi'Shara got into a fight with a townie woman while Shaylene started insulting the watchers. They finally got what they came for when Shaylene went ahead to the department store and picked up the family's autumn wardrobe.

Both girls chatted up the household full of boys from the Harlow Bridge area who came by as part of the welcome wagon (there are only 6 playable sims at the moment so that's nearly all of them...)

The boys are the Uno brothers Damian (19) and Johnnie (20), and their college friend Rio (19).

Damian and Mi'Shara hit it of despite him being a shy, gentle boy and her being an agressive, angry young woman. They have one bolt but made out at the nightclub when Rio dragged Johnnie out that evening and hopped into bed at the Lewis house after that. Shaylene hit it off with Rio immediately with three bolts, but Mi'Shara - after cussing him off, slapped him in the face and started a blood feud between the two that has ended in perfect enmity. They now despise each other despite one bolt of chemistry...

Shaylene got lucky with Rio after the club which was helpful, but neither woohoo resulted in a pregnancy so the girls (and their mother) breathed a sigh of relief.

Johnnie got into quite a nasty fight with Mi'Shara as well and despises Fitzmore Park (it's a poor area) and the girls. He's not yet aware that Damian has fallen for Mi'Shara, but he's effectively banned his little brother from hanging out there in the future. He's a merciless finance sim and has big dreams of becoming a business tycoon. He's determined to get the Uno name out there... we'll see how he does.

Mama Sweety managed to flirt up a storm with older townie Juan Reamon (48) and the two have definite chemistry. Now that her girls are adulting (so to speak anyway), it may be time for Sweety to get her own life goals in order...

Miles - Camryn earned her bronze toy making badge, then had to go to work. Becka and Barto had to walk to school, as they still haven't earned their A+'s yet. Hunter and Barney went down to Hunter's Music Shop. Barney earned a silver restocking badge while he was there. After they closed at 6pm, I let them call friends for a bit to keep up relationships instead of hurrying them home. They got the business up to level 9! Back home, Abbie made friends with Nerissa over the phone. After getting their needs met, it was time to head to A Whole New You, previously owned by Abbie, now owned by Hunter. Barney got a bronze sales badge and a bronze cash register badge while they were there, and got the business to level 10! Only 4 more level 10's to go for Hunter's second LTW. As soon as they got back it was time for Abbie and Barney to go to work.

Cordelia came home promoted to Seeing Eye Pet and Captain came home promoted to Understudy. At 6pm it was time for Bandele and Barry to grow up. Bandele grew up into a romance teen, with fitness and alienism as her turn ons and jewelry as her turn off. Barry grew up into a Pleasure teen, with full face makeup and creative as turn ons, and hard worker as his turn off. Bandele wants to be a Celebrity Chef and Barry wants 50 1st Dates. Abbie came home promoted to Rock God, which is her 4th LTW. Now she wants to be a Prestigidator. Barney worked on his toy making badge until it was time for him to go to bed, and Camryn worked on hers after giving Broshka a bath. Bandele had a Super outing with Circe McGowan. Bandele used her outing boost to teach Bailie how to shake.

SilverMoon (Abe) - Brittney and Abe had to go to work and I used the fact that none of the kids had to go to school to get Barbara some new clothes. Collin wanted to maximize Film and Lit, so I set him to writing a novel about alien babies and astronauts. Collin's novel sold for 3,082 simoleans - he wrote it way faster than I expected! Abe came home with a promotion to City Planner, marking his third LTW. Now he wants to be a Professional Party Guest. He lucked out and found a job as a Freelance Web Designer right off the bat, then he browsed the web for Science since he wanted to max it. Beatrice wanted to talk to Camryn, so she called her. After a long phone call, Beatrice had an outing with Hunter Beck, her supposed highest match. Collin browsed the web for Film and Lit. Beatrice's outing was Super and she used her outing boost to teach Bronx how to roll over. Collin maxed Film and Lit. Their fridge was low on fresh food, so Collin started a garden.

Hanson - Shawn harvested the cucumbers while Andromeda fished and worked on getting her bronze fishing badge, which she got, and now she's working towards her silver. Barton walked to school so he could start working on his A+. Anne had to go to work, no luck finding a job in Architecture yet. Barton brought home Bartholomew and the two of them hung out for awhile. They ended up making friends, which put Barton in a good mood. Shawn threw an anniversary party, since he wanted a party and doesn't have much time left. Keeping this guy in platinum is difficult at times! His anniversary party was a Good Time, which kept him happy for now.

Took a few days off to give myself a breather from the game and do some spring cleaning of my computer. Today I returned to the last day of the Newsons. After some momentarily trouble that resulted in them quickly moving out and back in, things resumed. Another day of schooling, while Ginger stayed home. Fortunately, both toddlers had learned their toddler skills, so she was able to kick back for a while and study Fire Safety*.
Later on, she invited Jules O'Mackey over again, and then Gavin brought home Dustin Broke from work. Surprisingly, for someone who's supposed to be characterized as a bad kid, Dustin actually seemed to like the younger Newson kids, obliging when they wanted to chat with him and playing 'toss in air' with Garrett (and smashing him into the ceiling apparently). And then a few sparks flew between Gavin and Jules, though it didn't get further than a few flirts and a backrub.

*This is particularly funny because, to blow off some steam after replacing all that furniture, I was playing with buyable fire and seeing how much of the apartment I could get to burn up. Of course, I saved first, but after I reloaded that save Ginger suddenly rolled a want to learn Fire Safety.

I've finished up all the households in this rotation except the school and the university students.

The poultry farmers downsized their flock - I didn't realize how quickly the chicken and duck carcasses were building up in the lot owner's inventory. She had over 100 ready for restocking the market stall, and though the business is busy (level 9), they aren't selling that fast. Their house got some new decor, and I think I'll expand the barn/shop next rotation.

Joshua Ruben and his wife had twins - when they became toddlers, Saarah wanted to teach them both the nursery rhyme, but no other skills and had no other wants to interact with them. She did, however, want to make a new best friend (popularity/romance sim), and becoming friends with her daughters happened through taking care of their needs. Joshua did want to teach them to walk, and rolled wants to play with them, but he also wanted to get promoted. He started wanting a needed charisma skill point, but then he got demoted and that want was replaced with another want to get promoted. Unfortunately, the next day he had an unlucky chance card and lost 2 charisma points. He is likely to get promoted back to his old job level soon, but it will take him a long time to get the charisma points he'll need to get beyond that.

The school lot was going well. It was a bit sluggish last time I played it, so I reduced it's size slightly and decided not to use the simlogical classes this rotation. Instead, I used visitor controller to set it so only teens visited the lot and just left it open as a business. It was interesting to watch assorted playable teens socialize and skill build while I just had my sims take care of the lot and serve food. One teen happened to be on the lot at the same time as his girlfriend; they flirted and played basketball together. Sharla Ottomas was flirted with by a townie and two playable teens - I checked her stats with ACR, and none of those three are the sim she's currently got the hots for, but she was OK with being charmed by them any way. I was just having a sim close the business so that I could get everyone off the lot before saving and exiting the program for the night when the game crashed. I had saved a couple of times over 2 sim days, but I'm not sure when the last one was. I think I lost at least half a sim day, and possibly as much as 20 sim hours. Oh well. The principal and mayor's triplet children had had a rough evening as they came home from school with low needs, and maybe I can improve their day the second time through.

Lucas Broke (16) still lives alone in that trailer he grew up in. He's pretty content with the way things are going for him right now. He invites his friends over all the time. He even makes some booty calls to Heidi Custer! After one of his booty calls, the girl wanted to make some food but there weren't any groceries. So Lucas went out to buy groceries at Dirk Dreamer's shop. I forgot how expensive it was for someone with as little money as Lucas. So I made him spent 588 simoleons. 125 left over. Smart girl. When Lucas got home, Heidi was gone and Lucas decided he wanted to throw a house party. He invited Cassandra, Mordred and Christina Goth, Dustin and Beau Broke as well as the other Heidi (he has two girls he likes who are called Heidi). Heidi decided not to come, but the other people did. Don't know what's up with her. It's Sunday and Mordred and Christina were there, so it can't be school. Hm. The party was a good time.

At the Starchild-Huffington household, Kay Starchild (Fong) (19) became best friends with Nerissa Pearson. Kay still visits the Tri-Var sorority regularly to check up on all of her girls, Nerissa is one of them. Kay really wanted to throw a party and wanted to get to know some of the people living in her apartment building, so she threw a building party. Heather Huffington (20) came home from work and got promoted to gas station attendant. Good job, Heather! She also brought home a colleague, Trista Larrea, and a want to get a pet. If she keeps rolling it, I'll think about it. Soon enough, Heather became friends with Trista and then went for a nap because she had to work the night shift. Kay's party was a real snoozer and she had a little cry over it. Almost no one in the building showed up, so it wasn't really her fault. Heather greeted Dustin Broke, who kept walking past the apartment building, with a kiss and they became best friends which immediately got retracted when Heather went to work.

Me and my sims are mourning Nisse Neighbour, who died from old age today. I was prepared for it to happen, but it really took me off guard because he was just coming home from work, I switched to him and was just about to click the phone to retire him when a picture of the freakin' Grimreaper appeared in his queue, and disappeared just as quickly because Nisse stopped being playable just then and I gasped and was like "aaah, what's happening he's dying".
In any case, it was very bittersweet because his wife Pony was at work as he died, where she reached the top of the dancer business just to come home to her husband's tomb. It was a platinum one, in any case. Her brother Biker and his younger husband Ilo had just moved into the elder collective, and Pony and Ilo had become friends, so I had them work together to clean up the yard so I could put the tombstone there along with a pond and a nice tree.
Pony's been drinking a lot from the juicebar during these two days I played after Nisse's death, which is understandable. Then she, probably drunk, at least in my head, randomy started smustling. Hell yes, I thought and had the other in the household join her, so they could have a good time together in these days of sorrow ^^ R.I.P Nisse Neighbour <3

SilverMoon (Barak) - I had forgotten to spawn a servo, so Janus joined the family. Janus wants to earn 100k simoleans so he got a job in the Criminal track - he's now a Bank Robber. Nerissa wanted to fish, so she did that until she popped - more babies! Janus went off to work. Nerissa took a nap while Barak gave financial advice. Banyan showed up and got invited in. Nerissa woke up wanting a party, so she called her only two friends and threw a house party. Janus came home with a promotion to Cat Burglar. Nerissa's party was a snoozer, even though there was plenty of social interaction, bowling, food etc. But poor Nerissa was too tired to make it through the whole party. In the wee hours of the morning Nerissa gave birth to triplets, 2 girls and a boy. Their names are Caitlin, Caitlyn and Cael - not confusing at all! But it seems like something they would do - well, we only had two names picked out... These guys are done having kids unless they want more or ACR themselves more.

SilverMoon House - Barid went to bed, Bailey dug for treasure to get fit and Bambi worked on her gold toy making badge. When they all woke up the next morning, Bambi went on an outing with Chase Barber, her highest YA match while Bailey dug for treasure some more. Bambi got an outing call from Aric McGowan and they headed off to Crpyto Night club. It was a Super outing. Bailey worked on her LTW, and Bambi worked on her gold toy making badge. After they woke up, Bailey worked on her LTW again, then earned a bronze gardening talent badge by harvesting the fruit trees. Barid went on a date with Estelle O'Brien again and naturally it was a dream date. Bailey got her LTW and now she wants to be a World Class Ballet Dancer. Bambi got two outing calls, and I accidentally accepted the second, which cancelled the first! Either way, she ended up going Downtown. Annnd there was no outing... So back home she went. She had to go to class anyway. A burglar came that night while everyone was sleeping - fortunately they had an alarm! The cop lost, but the burglar didn't get anything either. Beatrice called Bambi to see how college life was. Bailey booty called Jerry Sutton after class. Then it was time for finals, which all did the normal A+ on.

Bailey is now enemies with Mrs. Crumplebottom through wishing well backfires, though she won every fight. I decided to try for the 30 loves want while she was still in college. Bambi got another outing call, so Downtown she went. It was a Fun outing, even though Bambi insisted on arguing with people now and again. Bambi came home and finally got her gold toy making badge, so I let her browse the web for games til bedtime. The next morning Barid and Bailey had class and Bambi browsed for games, finally maxing her enthusiasm. Barid had another dream date with Estelle, then he wanted to write a term paper - for the first time ever! Bailey booty called Jerry again, might have to rethink who her husband is going to be. Bailey maxed games the next morning and continued working on her 30 loves want. Bambi booty called Antonio again, who is definitely NOT going to be her husband as he's only a one bolt match. Then it was time for finals, where everyone got their A+'s and Bailey got her last love for her want. Then it was time for Bailey and Barid to move back to the neighborhood as they'd graduated. Bailey was first, and grew up into a very fitting outfit. Barid was next, and he also grew up into an outfit that fit his personality.

Playing Julien Cooke now. He headed out with Candice Palmer (as friends, not on a date) to the little coffeeshop in Belladonna Cove. (In my megahood, Oakbrook and Belladonna are connected by ferries - something I decided after realizing that the former had no roads leading out of the 'hood!).
While we were there, Pierce Holt (another of my Sims) showed up, got into a little spat with Consort Capp about....something and suddenly they started fighting. Then Julien decided it was probably a good idea to get going and he headed home and then got a roommate.

Mixed Household: Ranu Grunt (Ripp's alien son), Tamara Fuchs, and Shelby Wheeler. Ranu is a lazy romance sim who never wanted to be tied down to a family. When he was a teen, he got Ivy Gavigan pregnant and their parents worked out an arrangement so that her parents took care of the babies and his family paid child support. As for himself, he went off to college and never thought of the kids. At college, he met Tamara and Shelby and dated both of them. He also got both of them pregnant, Tamara first, then Shelby. The child support payment probabilities were looking enormous, so he made a proposal to them. Let's all live together! Now, Tamara is a knowledge sim and didn't really want kids or cherish the thought of taking care of them alone, so she said yes. Shelby is a family sim, but she realized that Ranu would never settle down with one woman. At least this way she could be with him so she said yes too. They moved into their big new house and both had twins. Ranu got back in touch with his other kids and they visit frequently. Later, Shelby had another one of his children and Tamara was abducted so two more babies joined the 'family'. This is how a lazy romance sim ended up with 7 children of his own and an extra one he is taking care of. And here they are (lots of pics under the cut):

I finished the school's rotation, and I was happy that I'd lost fewer hours to the crash than I'd thought- only about 8 hours needed to be replayed. Unfortunately, this time one of the triplets got a cold, and then I spent two sim days trying to get everyone healthy again - of the seven sims living on the lot, only one didn't get sick. Poor Isaac ate so many bowls of comfort soup he went from fit to fat, and his brother Alex coughed all over the bedroom so trying to rest just seemed to reinfect them. I noticed a few of the teens visiting the lot were also coughing, and so the school cafeteria was serving comfort soup repeatedly. I suspect it was one of those teens that started the outbreak on this lot - I've noticed coughing on community lots earlier in this rotation. During their rotation, improvements were made to city hall - as well as holding the mayor's office, a small courtroom, and a wedding reception hall, and a lunch room, it now has offices for municipal workers, including one for a city planner, a boardroom, and a shop area that will sell pet collars (licenses), permits (deco binders) and items made by school students if I ever add a cash register.

I started playing with the Land Grant U last night. The sorority and fraternity from Sim State have moved over, and most of their members applied to join the Greek houses on their new campus. A couple of my transferred sims have that annoying bug with the grade progress bar not reflecting their skills; those sims have moved to other dorms in an attempt to get themselves fixed. I've only played a day at the sorority. Helen Wheels actually rolled a want for a skill point, and got a charisma point while singing karaoke duets with Ida Juana while wearing a thinking cap. Both of them ended up getting close to earning a body skill point too, thanks to a timely visit from the coach - they'd have it if not for the slower skilling mod making their lives difficult. Ida Juana's wants were consistent - her only wants were to make friends and best friends with everyone she talked to. Their new sorority sisters, Eva, Eglotina, and Jacquette, had a mix of wants mostly related to hobbies. Eglotina is a nature lover, Eva likes music, and Jacquette tinkering (goes well with her want and need for a mechanical skill point). Eva has been rolling wants to fall in love with Isha from the fraternity, and the want came up again while on a date with him. They are BFFs, have full relationship bars, were striking one bolt, and were each others first kiss. He's completely in love with her, and wants to get engaged - she doesn't even have a crush on him, despite many dream dates. She used the Re-nu-yu orb to change her turn ons from situational ones (stink and swimwear - really??) to his hair colour and charisma (she had a want for a charisma skill point at the time), and they now have two bolts. She still didn't fall in love with him when the fraternity came over for the afternoon, despite spending a lot of the time flirting with him. She's fortune/knowledge and I think she's more interested in experiences than commitment; she's rolled wants to wooohoo in public and to kiss three sims.

When he woke up this morning Andrew turned round and gave me a little smile before he made his bed. No wonder I see him as one of my best friends! Then he went to his mum 's room. Gloria was still asleep, but her boyfriend Garry (who had stayed the night) was up, so Andrew gave him a friendly hug. Then he went downstairs and fried omelettes for Gloria and Garry's breakfast. He wasn't hungry himself, so he had a work-out with the punch bag that Gloria keeps in her kitchen. When Gloria left for work, Andrew went upstairs and finished the painting he's been working on, and hung it on his bedroom wall. Then, after a quick shower, he went out and briefly joined Garry in the hot tub, before asking him if he'd like to join him on a trip downtown. It's Saturday in Veronaville so there's no school for Andrew or work for Garry. (As one of Veronaville's top sports stars, Gloria of course does work on Saturdays.) On returning to the house, he invited round not only his boyfriend Julian, but also Julian's little brother Hans. Now the four of them are going to go downtown together. Andrew hasn't spent his Christmas money yet, and he's going to buy some [more!] new clothes. (As if he didn't have enough clothes already!)

This is the sort of Simming I like best! Having fun with some of the Sims who've been with me from the beginning.

Main House - Adam, Aaron, Amin and Wendy went to work, while Bartholomew walked to school. Balin maxed his skills, then wanted to write a novel, so he's writing one on alien abductions. Wendy came home with a promotion to Obituary Writer and Cayla came home with a promotion to Stunt Double. Jules threw a birthday party for Aaron and Barbra. Aaron went first, growing up into a dashing elder. Balin's novel sold for $3014. Barbra grew into a Pleasure sim, with formal wear and makeup as her turn ons, and black hair as her turn off. Her LTW is to become a Game Designer. Yay something different! The party was a Good Time. After the party Abbie hung around and ended up getting it on with Amin - I seriously need to friend zone people more often, he changed her diapers! Wendy maxed Charisma.

Smith - Aaliyah went off to work and so did Stephanie. Sara washed Bessie. Carl got promoted to Rescue Pet and Theo maxed Creativity. Stephanie came home with a promotion to Dive Master. Then it was time for Cailean to grow up into a toddler! Banyan threw a birthday party and Cailean grew up into an adorable toddler. Sara and Barid snuck off for some woohoo during the party. Cate Bennett got her first kiss off of Balin. The party was a Good Time. Aaliyah and Stephanie hung out for a bit before bed, since Aaliyah wants to be friends with her. Aaliyah got the bed first this time, so it's pepper punch time for Theo!

I played a day at the fraternity. Isha still had the locked want to get engaged to Eva; she still only wants to love him. The other frat members wanted to throw a toga party (4/6 members had that want), so they threw two parties that afternoon/evening, inviting the sorority and a few other YA sims they knew. It was an interesting mix of characters, especially with cc beer added to the mix. Isha tried flirting with Eva, and while she was open to being charmed, she just wasn't that into him. Then Isha started drinking, and it turns out he's a mean drunk. He started arguing and poking people, and ended up in a fight with Eva. She kicked his butt, and is now furious with him, and he fell out of love with her. She then responded to the flirting of his frat brother Alan (who has a lousy dating history - lots of rejection, but he two bolts almost everyone). Next thing I notice, Alan and Eva are upstairs relaxing on the bed. Hi Thyme and Helen Wheels are relaxing on the bed in the other room. I'm not sure if it was ACR or the beer, but the subsequent woohoo filled two of Hi's wants and one of Helen's, and Alan and Eva are now best friends. Isha poked Sara Bellum, Ida Juana, and attacked Erik Swain before the night was out. Erik had already made enemies with his frat brother Alan; now he's furious with Isha and all he wants to do autonomously is argue with those two and have ACR interactions with his fiance Maik (another frat brother). Maik finished his sophomore year during the first party and changed his aspiration from pleasure to knowledge, with a pleasure secondary - now he's actually likely to do better than barely pass. Andy Bellum tried to get his sister to have fun at the party, but aside from rejecting a couple of flirts from Alan and the cow mascot, she spent most of the night studying. She did chat with the cheerleader who dropped in for the second party, though. That conversation was followed by the fourth fight of the night, this time not involving Isha, but between the cow mascot and the cheerleader. Despite the abundant fights, both parties eneded as good times, and everyone's motives are high enough that if they get a bit of sleep they should survive their classes the next day.

I also played one day at a dorm of sims that I moved over from Sim State. It was a fairly quiet day, with two popularity sims filling wants by meeting new dormies, a couple of sims writing term papers, and Ginger Newson settling in for her first day at university. She promptly rolled a want to skip class - not happening unless she refuses to go on her own, as she's unlikely to get her marks high enough to pass if she misses any classes at all. I'm not sure she'll get the skills she needs, either, unless she chooses a degree that needs skills she'll pick up autonomously, or gets fears of academic probation. This version of Ginger hasn't rolled any skill wants that I can recall, and I'm playing her as an underachiever so she can't skill unless she wants to and I don't lock her wants to skill.

I created a trailer park in Downtown. A lot of my downtown sims don't have very good birth control options and then find themselves having more kids than they can fit in their houses, so these trailer parks offer smaller houses but with more space in bedrooms for cribs and beds. Also because I've been watching 'That 70s show', all the trailers look like they're from the 70s.

My downtown rotation was pretty quiet this time.
The Powers family now have 1 child, 2 toddlers. They only live in a 1 bedroom house and with their instruments there was no space in the living room for another crib, so poor Girr had to sleep outside. Jonah has taken more of a liking to her than his other daughter, Storm. He says it's because she's his "little girl" but still hasn't questioned why she has brown hair and grey eyes, unlike him and Roxie's blonde/red hair and green/blue.

Jessie Pilferson gave birth to little Danny Pilferson. He's so cute that I no longer want her to work in a brothel owned by Gordon King (both Danny and Girrs father) I want her to flee with him because I like him too much to have him be around that sort of lifestyle. I'm thinking of moving them to one of the trailers., and letting Jessie become a sports psychologist like her bio suggests so she can move out of Downtown and into a nicer neighbourhood.

Mickey Dosser decided to spend his hard earned money on a dog. Probably not the best way to spend his money, as he's planning on getting a house with his girlfriend and their twins - not to mention she has also recently bought a dog. Mickey now has $44 to his name and Gabriella doesn't have much either. The twins are doing good though, Mickey spends a lot of time in Gabriella's apartment helping out. They both know how to talk, half way through learning to walk and use the potty.

Miles - Hunter sold A Whole New You back to the community and bought Hunter's Dance Studio. Camryn checked in with her bakery and roller rink then went to work. Barney and Hunter went down to Hunter's Music Shop to get it to level 10. They didn't manage it before it was time to close, so after they went home it was time to go to Hunter's Dance Studio and get that started on ranks. This time he also brought along Bandele and Barry to help run the store. They got the Dance Studio up to rank 1 before they closed down shop and Barry got a bronze and silver sales badge. Bambi called Barry when they got home for a chat. Barto brought home Bartholomew from school. They hung out for a bit then did other things. Abbie wanted to buy a community lot, so she bought A Whole New You again. There aren't a lot of options right now. She also bought Pearl Mist Estate. Camryn brought Daedalus Sampson home from work, and they went on an outing. When Barry woke up from his nap, he went on an outing with Rhiannon Crane, his highest match. Sadly she's only a two bolt match. Camryn's outing was Super. Camryn washed Captain then started teaching him to Roll Over. Hunter made friends with Anne over the phone. Bandele fixed the shower she broke. Barry's outing was Rockin.

Yes, I quoted myself I wanted to give a little backround on what I was goin to post and since I'd already posted this over there..

Lilith had a want to apology to Mary-Sue pop up so I had her do that. She then had a want to eat a hamburger so bein that it was dinner time I sent her to make hamburgers for dinner. Someone had left a dirty dish on the table so I directed her to clean it BEFORE eating. I don't think she took to kindly to that because next thing I know she's stompin her feet then runs out the door. She's run away AGAIN.

I direct Mary-Sue to call and report her missing this time. A few minutes later a police crusier pulls up in front of the house and Lilith gets out .. and then surprise surprise.. I hear baby chimes :D

(I do have inteen and have the add-on of risky runaway.) Ohhh boy :D, I can't wait to see where this goes. Oh, I checked (have the Blender too) and the father is none other than Dirk Dreamer. I wonder how his daddy is gonna like it as well.

Clover and Eden worked through their university years -- I'm going to have to reconsider on the scheduling because Clover and her husband Christian were basically doing nothing but studying in the compressed time span I'd given them. Thankfully there were no more uni babies -- two was more than enough.

Eden graduated and moved back to the main 'hood, while I stayed and played Clover and Christian until Christian got his Master's degree (necessary for his LTW to get to the top of the Journalism career).

Once the uni rotation was over, I moved Eden into her new place and invited over her husband to move in. As befitting a Family sim, they woohooed on the sofa and Eden immediately got pregnant.

Robbie is a low motivation sim with the LTW to have 5 top businesses and is currently employed as a Social Worker.

Robbie just about saw Eden go into labor on the Thursday morning before he headed off to work. Eden had twins, a girl and a boy named Abigail and Ewan respectively. Both have brown hair, electric blue eyes, and tanned skintones.

I may (probably will) regret it, but I moved Clover and her family all into Eden's household, as well as teleporting over Eden's alien daughter Roxanne. Both Clover and Eden want to marry off 6 kids, and both are married themselves. I'm hoping I can somewhat stem the baby tide...and if not, the lot I moved them into has enough space to add a fourth bedroom on, and can also be extended upwards if needs be. That or I build them a farmhouse on the other end of Danport.

I'd thought I'd only have two new sims for university this rotation, but I apparently forgot a lot of sims. I also forgot about Astrid Vandepol in a small studio apartment in Springvale.

So, onto Astrid. She had a quiet first day, giving birth to her son Michael early on Tuesday morning. He has brown hair (like both parents), alien eyes, and a dark skintone passed down from his maternal grandfather.

Michael grew up on the Wednesday and I think he looks rather a lot like his father in his facial structure. He's average motivation and somehow I managed to squeeze in a toddler potty & two toys into the studio flat.

Astrid couldn't find either her LTW career (entertainment) or any of her ideal careers, and the NPC careers offered probably wouldn't have paid enough for a nanny service (though I might be working on the expensive NPCs rate).

Over at university the first two of six new students got moved into the dorms -- Don Marshalls and Scott Lyndhurst. They moved into Pickering Dorms, a six-room dormitory. I had mistakenly forgot that Scott wasn't a nose-to-the-books-and-study sim, so while Don worked diligently on his term paper Scott spent his time going through the campus directory and calling up every woman on the list to see if he had chemistry with them. 20 woohoos is not going to get accomplished on its own.

Don finished the first semester with an A+, Scott with a B+. Both rolled two major wants -- Scott Literature and Psychology, Don Drama and Art. I chose Psychology for Scott just because, and Don got Art because it seemed to better fit with Journalism's skill requirements. Don being Don, he rolled up a want to do his term paper immediately after declaring his major.

While going through his list of potential/future lovers, Scott managed to get one pregnant. She rolled to put the baby up for adoption so I moved her into a small lot, let her give birth, and adopted the baby out. She had a boy, Lucian, with her eye colour and both parents hair colour (though, slightly surprisingly to me, he has his grandmother's red hair as a recessive).

Wednesday arrived, and with it Don's cousin Madeline Kraemer. All the Kraemer kids are supposed to be related to Don, but Don's bio father isn't the Kraemer kids' uncle (they just think he is). Thankfully there's no attraction between Don and Madeline; there is however some attraction between Madeline and Scott.

As soon as Madeline set foot in the dorms she wanted to do her term paper, and by the time she finished that Scott had come back from his class. They ended up woohooing (mainly just to give Scott another notch) and...wouldn't you know but Madeline ends up pregnant. With natural twins. She rolled for an abortion but that didn't sit right with me, and after typing up a whole load of stuff on the pros and cons I decided on my option.

Scott managed to woohoo with the cheerleader and got her pregnant too (what is in the air this rotation?) but she got an abortion. Madeline finished her first semester, getting an A+ and also a pop into her second trimester -- yes, she's keeping the pregnancy and she and Scott are getting married.

Madeline went into labor in the early hours of the morning, giving birth to a boy and a girl. The boy, Mike had black hair, brown eyes, and a mediumish skintone. The girl, Katie, had brown hair, blue eyes, and a similar medium skintone to her brother.

They stayed in the dorms until the end of the semester, then moved out leaving Don on his own. Don finished the rotation with little of note, though he has started to be a little lax in his education.

Scott finished off his Junior year, and Madeline her Sophmore year, in rented accommodation. The twins grew up -- both are average motivation and...well, rather pretty looking. I can't overly tell who they take after. I don't think they've got Scott's nose, and since that's the only real distinguishing feature between him and Madeline I'm at a loss. I might be able to tell a little better when they become children.

My old saves are gone ( Thanks to the registry cleaner ) , so I decided to start a new game. I still have my custom hoods, but I wanted a fresh start, so I made one from scratch.

First I thought I should have a founding family, but now I ended with extremely interesting and atmospheric world which has a great and mysterious backstory that actually supports what I first had in mind. The neighborhood is a deserted island which holds only two families. One is the survivor of a plane crash. He mannaged to make a hut in order to survive further. The other family is consisted of a hyena and a woman from a native tribe that dissapeared long ago without a trace. She is the only one that stayed. She grew up with the hyena.

All of the lots and sims have a backstory, and almost all of the backstories imply that there was some kind of mysterious curse that whiped out all of the island's population. It's also kind of creepy, as there are only those two on the island, and also, seasons are mixed "Summer-Fall-Summer-Fall". Huts are abandoned and mostly empty which makes it even more eerie. I managed to do that in one day. Nice.

Also, hyena is extremely cute:

SilverMoon (Abe) - Brittney went to work, and Beatrice and Barbara dug for treasure to get fit. Abe wanted to max Science, so off he went to the computer to browse the web for it. Abe ended up maxing it fairly quickly. Brittney came home from work and brought along Chase Barber, so they went on an outing and hung out. Then it was time for Bel to grow up - she grew up into a toddler and has brown hair! Finally that gene decided to express itself. Collin had to go to work, so he missed the birthday. Barbara got fit just in time to see her little sister grow up, and now she wants a bronze Cosmetology badge. Brittney's outing was Super.

Hanson - Shawn played blocks with Bary and Barton walked to school. Anne became a witch, since I had forgotten to turn her - all my servos are also witches! Definitely key when you have realistic sickness! Shawn wanted to get fit, so off to dig up some treasure he went! Andromeda and Anne went to work, and that's when I realized that today was Shawn's last day. This could get interesting REAL FAST! Though I do have a no social worker mod...but I don't know if I trust it yet. If it fails, I can have Barton call a nanny - though it should be okay. *nervous laugh*

Barton brought Barrett home from school, and they hung out for a bit on the front sidewalk. Shawn died a platinum death (barely) at 76 years old and his insurance policy benefited 13 people.

Of course his death put Becky into aspiration failure, but everyone else seemed fine. No social worker showed up, though the kids weren't "technically" alone, the butler was there - but half the reason I have that mod is for the butler to actually work as a nanny! Anne came home from work just as the butler started a fire in the kitchen. Fortunately there was a fire alarm. Andromeda came home from work and brought Devon Ayers along with her, so they went on an outing on the front sidewalk and hung out. Barton wanted to learn how to study, so he asked Anne to teach him. Anne also taught Bary how to talk. Then it was time for Anne to study some magic while everyone else either slept or free ranged. Andromeda's outing was Rockin and lasted all night.

Trigger Neighbour had a date, so only 49 to go for her lifetime wish. It was with Brandi Broke, and turned out very well. Trigger also adopted a little baby called Roadnight, and with her, generation 3 (counting founding sim as generation 0) of the Neighbour family is finally here :D

Julien Cooke got a roommate, and thanks to a chance card, a promotion to Host. The next day, to celebrate, he invited Candice Palmer downstairs for a few drinks...and then had his first kiss with her....and then they both coincidentally ended up in his bed, naked. So they decided they might as well.
Of course, his roommate comes home from work. And bursts into his room, mid-WooHoo. In a clown suit.

In my Legacy house, Gen 2 heir Finn and his wife Heather Huffington just welcomed twins Scarlett and Melanie into the world.
His mother Elizabeth just reached the top of the Architecture career and Finn and Heather are both one level away from topping Oceanography and Law, respectively.

SilverMoon (Barak) - Barak stocked the fridge and juicer then went to work on his gold Flower Arranging badge. Janus gave financial consulting. Nerissa harvested the tomato crop and stocked it into the fridge. Barak got his gold badge and I set him to work making snapdragons. Janus went to work. Nerissa started working on her bronze Flower Arranging badge before bed.

Sutton - The first order of business was to get the various required hacks and mods on the lot. The second order of business was to get Jerry on the lot - he wasn't home, so I summoned him. Bailey popped the question twice, once to get engaged and once for marriage. Jerry moved in with $18,000 and Bailey took his name. His LTW is to Woohoo 20 Sims - this should be interesting...too bad he doesn't have a choice in whether he has kids or not. After I rolled for their secondaries (Family for Bailey, Popularity for Jerry) they tried for baby successfully. Now I have to fill in the rest of the house - they have zero furnishings besides the bedroom. Bailey called the necessary services, stocked the fridge and looked for her LTW job, with no luck. Then she initialized the family servo, Kelcey. Kelcey also wants to be a World Class Ballet Dancer, so no luck for her either. I witchified Kelcey. Jerry brought Abbie home from work, and they hung out on the sidewalk having an outing. Kelcey got the first night outing, so I took her downtown to the Crypt O'Night club. Bailey popped just before Kelcey left. It was a just for fun outing, so I let them free range. Jerry's outing with Abbie was super. He used his outing bonus to get to know Kelcey better. Bailey popped into her last trimester.

Yesterday the first death occurred in my uberhood. It happened in the Single household where Kristen Loste managed to sneak out to work despite being sick with a cold while I was watching someone else. She came back with a promotion but dropped dead as soon as she exited the carpool. Erin Beaker tried to plead for her life but lost to the Grim Reaper. She's already got a new plan to bring Kristen back though - Erin's LTW is to get to the top of the paranormal career where you get this really useful phone as a career reward...

Lola Curious brought home a coworker on her first day of work and had the want to go on a date with him so I indulged her. It was a dream date and they developed crushes on each other but Lola hasn't rolled a want for him since then.

Chloe Curious tried to date (and woohoo) as many Sims as possible. So far she's been out with Gilbert Jacquet (her boss, she's working in his bakery), Ashley Pitts and Jonah Powers. While on a date with Jonah she constantly rolled a want to have yet another public woohoo. At first I indulged her but after the third time in a row I got tired of it and stopped fulfilling it. Turned out it was already too late because she came back home being pregnant (despite being on birth control). Btw Jonah's "main" girlfriend Roxie Sharpe (with whom he's living together) is also pregnant with his child.

Why are the cops there and not the fire people?

The fire bein outside I would guess was a lightening strike and I don't think fireman come for that.

The cops bein there I would guess had to do with the cloud of dust in the front entry. They were apprehending a burglar.

Smith (Barid) - First order of business is getting Estelle on the lot, so Barid called her up and invited her over. Then I realized that I was so focused on Bailey's LTW that I forgot that Barid had a 20 Lovers LTW too! He's just going to have to squeeze it in between work and family. While waiting for Estelle, he called the necessary services and I continued to add furnishings. Barid and Estelle had a quick lawn wedding, and Estelle moved in with $11,000 and with a LTW of Word Class Ballet Dancer - AGAIN. Estelle and Barid successfully TFB. Barid looked for a job and found one in the Slacker career, which he wanted, he's now a Freelance Web Designer. No Dance openings for Estelle, however, so I had her also take a Slacker position. She's now a Record Store Clerk. She had time to walk to work. I rolled for secondaries, Barid is Pleasure and Estelle is Family. I installed a wishing well out back for Barid to get his LTW. He got his first wish in before Estelle got home, getting the local burglar!

Estelle came home from work with Collin, so they had the usual outing on the sidewalk and hung out for a bit. Barid joined the hang out just in time for Estelle to pop. Barid got the first night outing from Sara, so downtown he went to my old standby, Crypt O'Night club. Along for the ride was Amin, Aaliyah, Aaron and Jules. Barid jumped into the photobooth with Eve Almassy. Sara jumped in with Frank Webster. Aaliyah and Amin got into a fight, which Amin soundly won. Barid and Sara got into shoving matches with Amin. Barid started getting tired so I ended the just for fun outing. Barid hung out with Collin and Estelle til the outing was over, then I remembered to spawn a servo, so Caius joined the family. He wants to be a Celebrity Chef and his secondary is Knowledge. His LTW career didn't turn up, so he got a temporary job in Entertainment as a Ventriloquist.

So I'm playing a family in my Blue Point neighborhood. Kent and Ocean are in their 40s, but today Ocean rolled a want to woohoo in bed and have a baby. I was a bit surprised but figured I'd at least let them woohoo in bed since Kent was rolling a flirt with (someone else) want. I figured Kent was a bit sexually frustrated (they have a busy toddler) and needed some quality time.

So one round of woohoo (ACR style) later, and Ocean rolls the woohoo in bed want again and keeps the Have a baby want. Next thing I know, Kent rolls the woohoo in bed want too. I thought I did it wrong so I let them have at it again before potty training little Alejandro. Well imagine my surprise when Have a baby and Woohoo in Bed rerolled for Ocean (though he got the aspiration points for it). Kent had makeout and flirt wants now.

So after everyone had a late breakfast and did chores, Alejandro was down for a nap when the boys woohoo'd on the couch (Watch those auto woohoos). Well there was no nursery chime for the third time, and once again both sims rolled woohoo in bed while Ocean still had Have a Baby. Well I checked their try for baby odds and they weren't good. Kent had 8% and Ocean had 30%. The odds were against them. So I just let them have fun since I thought the baby thing wasn't going to happen.

Apparently, like most couples wanting a child late in life, it just takes a little fun and practice. Fifth round of fun and I have a baby sim on the way. Ocean still keeps rolling Woohoo in Bed though.

The next two sims to get to university were twins Andrew and Caitlynn Marshalls (technically Lyndhurst). Andrew is only really there because his sister is -- Caitlynn needs a doctorate for her LTW (Science) and Andrew had no other real plans.

Naturally, being who they were they both wanted to do their term papers the moment they set foot on campus. I used that time to double-check who Caitlynn had chemistry with, and the answer was...men in relationships. Robbie Nash (married to her aunt Eden); Trevor Vanderpol (married to Daniella Vanderpol); Aubrey Lawrence (who may be unattached); Ryan Marshalls (married to her aunt Rosaline); Christian Marshalls (married to her aunt Clover); Joseph Marshalls (lover to her aunt Meadow); Jared Christian (married to her aunt Flora). The only one in her relationship panel who I am sure is not romantically entwined with someone else is the Cow Mascot, and he's Caitlynn's highest match.

Andrew, on the other hand, has a couple of potential romantic interests, though he does have a baby with Astrid Vanderpol. Just how his romantic relations will go is just a matter of time.

I invited over Aubrey to check relations, and he has a crush on Violet Marshalls -- another of Caitlynn's aunts. So, that may be a strike out as well. I invited over the Cow Mascot (Nick Gates) and let the two go on free will just to see. I also had Andrew invite over another two-bolt relationship of his, Barbara Townsend.

First semester finished, Andrew and Caitlynn getting a B+ and C+ respectively. Andrew chose to major in Drama, while Caitlynn had wants to major in Biology and Physics -- which, as either would be good for her LTW, I flipped a coin and she declared Physics.

They finished up their first year with few issues, Andrew managing to nab an A+ for that semester. They finished up their second year, and Gigi Marshalls moved in for the start of the next rotation.

(Some fun family tree stuff: Andrew and Caitlynn are 'supposed' to be Elise & Kevin's children but are actually their grandchildren. Heath Marshalls is actually their father, and the entirety of the children Christie has with Heath are Andrew & Caitlynn's half-siblings rather than nieces/nephews. It can all get rather confusing.)

I quickly hopped over to the adoption house to 'finish' the rotation and grow up Scott's baby he had with a townie. He may actually look a lot like his mother in regards to facial features.

Back to the top of the rotation with the Marshalls household. With only Rosaline, her family, and her parents the lot looks a little empty, despite there being 9 sims on the lot, and Rosaline with the want for another baby.

The home business is plodding along, though a number of the Sun & Moon plants have died off due to lack of care/water. Still, it's winter so I can redesign the garden plots without too much issue. I managed to redo the garden so it's a mix of the Seasons stuff and Sun&Moon's stuff, though I might extend it to include some other harvestables. By the end of the rotation the business was at level 7.

On the Friday, Lyle became a teen, rolling Family/Fortune and the LTW to become a City Planner. Between this LTW and all the top businesses, I think my sims are telling me I need to build up Cresdale.

Miriam had a joint birthday with Neil on the Sunday, with Neil becoming a child and Miriam becoming a teen. Miriam rolled Fortune/Popularity, and the LTW to get to the top of the Law career. I may need to make some more teen sims as only really Alec has any kind of teen interest who might turn into a long-term partner (and even then, it's Dawn Wegner whose family wouldn't be happy with her marrying someone who comes from a farming family; Rebekah or Jessica Kraemer, who Alec also has some chemistry with, would be better options).

SilverMoon House - Bambi headed off to class as soon as I loaded the lot. She decided that she wanted to be big sim on campus, so she spent a lot of time on the phone. Bambi went on a date with Chase Barber, her highest match so far. It was naturally a dream date and put Bambi in a good mood. Bambi went to her final and came back with the customary A+. Bambi finally made Big Sim on Campus. She got invited on an outing and since her hunger bar was low we went to my favorite all in one, Crypt O'Night. She jumped into the photobooth with Aeneas Tyson. She ended up getting into a slapping contest with Caden Rose for no good reason, which then escalated into shoving. The outing was Fun though and I sent her back home.

Bambi had another dream date with Chase, but hasn't fallen in love with him yet. I think it's time to nix noinstantloves - at least I think that's the culprit. She wants to be in love with him, but it's just not happening, though he's in love with her. After the date Bambi ran off to class a little late. After class she called friends and then Barto called her to chat and they made friends. Bambi went to her last final of Junior year, and naturally came home with an A+.

Priya Ramaswami gave birth to baby Arya. Sanjay fell in love with his daughter at first sight.

Cyd Roseland washed the dogs, fed the dogs, and went, alone, to the Swimming Hole to talk to someone who could talk back, where he got struck by lightening in the middle of a blizzard (thanks evil witch!) in the hot tub. Sigh. He's actually okay with his life. But! He made friends with Hamilton Beech, which he really wanted, and they played redhands until his fun bar was full, then went home and fed the dogs. (Sarah and Danny Crittur, Porthos, and Grace.)

Main House - Adam and Aaron headed off to work in various shops and Bartholomew walked to school. Taking out noinstantloves had caused a reset, so everyone was standing around doing nothing when I entered the lot. Barbra maxed logic while Wendy worked on her cooking skill. This is the house full of Knowledge sims. Balin decided that blowing bubbles was more important than going to work, so he ended up using a day of vacation time. I honestly don't remember the car pool even coming for him - hopefully I just missed it! Amin didn't go to work either, and he had no vacation days. Bartholomew brought home Barrett from school, which made them best friends. Adam and Aaron came home from work and Wendy maxed cooking.

Then it was time for Cade, Cadee and Cady to grow up into toddlers. Aaron threw the party, since he wanted a family reunion. Cadee went first, as Cade was still sleeping. Cadee grew up into a cute little redheaded toddler - the red head gene seems to be super dominant in my game (I have equal genetics). Cady was next and Barnard got abducted (finally!) in the middle of her candles being blown out. Cady is another redheaded tot. Then it was Cade's turn. And you guessed it, Cade grew up into another redheaded toddler! The redhead is strong in this family... Barnard came back from his abduction, fortunately NOT pregnant.

So a few play sessions ago I made a hood called Kynareth Valley where I was going to make the townies all dolled up and see where the hood took me, based off of a hood that never left the planning stage. I made one main sim, who was supposed to be the only playable, but that quickly changed after she interacted with some of the townies and they were interesting enough for me to want to play on their own.

The main household is the Ebonhand family, made up of one bubbleblowing juiceaholic party girl that moved to Kynareth Valley on a whim. Savra's romance/family minded and wants to be the top of the slacker career so she got a job right away and paid the matchmaker to make her a match where she met Delinda, a wealth minded sim that ended up being her own playable household after I wanted to see what kind of nonsense she would get into. They went on a good date that ended in risky woohoo on Savra's sofa, and there were chimes at the end. I didn't finish the rotation because I wanted to play Delinda's house after I decorated it and furnished it properly, so Savra came over and told Delinda she was pregnant over a grilled cheese sandwich lunch and Delinda started working hard to raise enough money for her baby mama to live in more than a shack when the baby was born, but surprise!! Savra had twins named Rock and Roll just after she was done renovating her bubbleblowing shack into a more suitable family environment for her two babies. Soon afterwards, she left them to go to work and that next morning, she married Delinda in a small ceremony in the front yard, since they were already engaged.

In the Taste household made by a former townie, a nonhostile, very curious alien using the name "Herizon" moved in to the house that Deliah left behind after it was redecorated and refurnished since someone forgot to put up the for sale sign. She wants to experience everything sim kind can provide so naturally she's going to woohoo like she'll die without it. First she went to a community lot and hooked up with a sim there that left right afterwards, and after a few days of downtime and setting up her finances with a job, she went again and met Saliyah Quaint, my last formerly townie household.

The Quaint house is held by the quietly hardworking nurse Saliyah. She wants to be chief of staff some day, so she's working as hard as she can to get there before she can't have children anymore. When she met Herizon, it seemed so...different. There's something special about her that just makes her want to know more, and she has some strong feelings for her. She works and goes out afterwards if she's not too tired, and most people who walk by are invited in for a treat and a chat.

Up next, I'll probably pull my other nonhostile alien from the townie pool because she's honesty too adorable and I don't want her to be in townie limbo forever.

Nothing is going on in my game right now, since I have to bring Midget to the bus and the boyfriend to work, but some weirdness has started happening, which may need to be troubleshooted.

Family sim Diamond Webb lives with her boyfriend, romance sim Jeff Ku, (former townie) in the flat above this little police station with their son Diego. It has been an eventful few days for the family. Diamond continues to work away steadily at her job, she's one of two police officers in middlewood so she can't afford to take any time off work. Jeff works as a cashier for Diamond's uncle Leander who has given him as much time off to care for the baby as he needs. Rather than activley looking after the baby he invites women over. On one such date he couldn't stop thinking about Diamond (kept rolling wants for her rather than his date) and even toyed with the idea of marrying her. Of course he ended his date immediately. The next morning after sleeping on the idea (seeing if the want would stick after sleeping) he proposed to Diamond. Of course she said yes. In less happy news that same night the police station was broken into. The burglar only stole a painting but an inquiry was launched into Diego's living conditions. If any old burglar could waltz into the apartment over the station and steal a painting how safe was the baby sleeping three meters away? Besides sleeping in a room above a cell is no place for a baby. The family was asked to vacate the premises and find their own accommodation within a few days. Since they don't actually own the lot, getting their own place will be a bit of a stretch and they'll have to save like crazy over the next few days.

Pony Neighbour died today. As she was family funders first child and died of old age, this makes her the first sim I've ever played with for their entire lifespan, "from cradle to grave". Her newly gained friend Ilo, husband of Pony's brother, took her death very hard and had an aspirational failure. Appearently the two of them had become very close friends, he even inherited money from her, and after her death he had the wish to defeat the Grimreaper. Aw. Rest in peace, Pony, and keep on smustlin' on the other side.

Smith - Aaliyah went to work. Theo potty trained Cailean. Banyan maxed music and dance and Stephanie got fit. Aaliyah brought home Cassandra Rickard (every time I see her I think Picard...) from work. They did the usual hang out on the front sidewalk outing. Theo threw a birthday party for Aaliyah's elder birthday. She grew up well, but her clothes had to go, so I made her buy new ones. Hunter fell in love with Rin Almassy at the party, and there were a few others who fell in love too, but trying to keep track is hard sometimes! The party was a good time and Aaliyah's outing was Rockin. Sara worked on teaching Celeste how to speak til she learned it.

Miles - I got Camryn back to work from the reset. Hunter and Barney headed down to Hunter's Music Shop to try to get it to level 10. Barney earned a silver sales badge right off the bat. They got the business to level 10 - 2 down, 3 to go! Barney also earned his gold restocking badge just after closing. Bandele and Barry went on outings with a couple of local teens. Barry's outing was fun and Bandele's was rockin. Barry then called up Rhiannon for a date and had a good date with her. 1 down, 49 to go! I had Hunter sell back to the community his Music Shop. Abbie washed Bailie and Broshka before bed. Hunter gave financial advice and Camryn worked on her silver toy making badge, which she got and started working on her gold.

Hoooomigod. I just started playing with this new 'hood, and it's already super drama-filled and exciting! And I'm loving every minute of it!

I started with the Hadi household (one of four households in my BACC). It's a household of so far one Sim, a bisexual Pleasure/Romance girl by the name of Aida. So far, she has three lovers already! Four, potentially, with many more to come as I expand my city. Currently, she's in love with two townies (Cait and Elliot) and has a crush on another, Tobias. Did I mention that due to risky Woohoo, she's pregnant with Tobias' child? Yeah. But I figured, a Romance Sim like her, she's not going to want to settle down immediately. Neither will Cait, since she's also a Romance Sim. But Tobias is a Family Sim, and he's going to want to be involved. So, I've decided that the three of them are gonna have a little polyamorous relationship between the three of them, and raise however many children they end up producing together. I mean, it works, biologically speaking. My 'hood needs babies so the city can expand. And ladies can't make babies together, at least not quite yet. So why not, right? I think it's cute.

So yeah. I'm loving this whole 'hood so far!

I'm actually a little bit scared to finish playing Strangetown this rotation. So far, no less than three sims have died. I'm started to wonder if Olive Spector is somehow up to her old tricks without me knowing. When Catherine Sutter (formely Viejo, but I gave her back her maiden name when I aged her down to the middle of the adult stage when I first started playing the megahood) passed away unexpectedly, I assumed it was a fluke. Catherine had been living with her twin daughters (with Darren Dreamer) and co-raising them with her friend Chloe Curious, who is also a single mother. Poor Chloe was devastated, but proved that even though she's a romance sim she's still a good mother by immediately going to hold and play with Catherine's daughters Sienna and Solana. I decided that it would make sense for Chloe to adopt the girls as her own (I used the SimBlender to set them as family without changing the family tree) rather than throwing a surprise at Darren Dreamer, who is now happily married to Lisa Ramirez and doesn't even know about his twin daughters. Chloe has her own triplets with Mortimer Goth, and while he's raising the only baby who was born without any alien features, Chloe is raising the two boys as twins. So now she's essentially a single mother of four. Because I apparently can't help but make things hard for myself, I decided to move her in with Gabriel Green, who is actually a single father of four through bizarre circumstances. Gabriel has one alien son of his own, along with the adopted triplet alien offspring of his friend and sometimes lover Chastity Gere, who decided she wasn't ready for motherhood and moved downtown to pursue her sports career. Can you tell all these babies were born during the rotation before I perfected my quads/triplets/twins odds?? So now I've got a household of ten with two adults and eight children, all at the child stage or younger. Both Gabriel and Chloe have the family secondary and rolled wants to get married- they barely know each other right now and only moved in together for convenience's sake, but I could see them getting closer over time. I can't tell yet if it will be a romantic relationship or just a close friendship though, so I'll let that develop. They have one bolt right now so it could go either way.

Anyway, after that craziness I moved on to the Smith household, where Ophelia gave birth to her and Johnny's first baby. All was fairly calm- until Pollination Tech passed away suddenly! He was fairly far along his age bar, but not enough for his death to have been from old age. Poor Jenny immediately went into aspiration failure while the rest of the family sobbed. Then I went to play Lola and Ajay Loner. They have a toddler daughter, Cassiopeia, and Lola is pregnant with another baby. They were such a happy and sweet little family, so it kind of broke my heart when out of nowhere Ajay died. Since none of the sims that died were childless, by my own rules I'm not allowed to resurrect them (unless a witch or someone who owns a resurrection phone rolls the want).

I'm starting to feel like no one in Strangetown is safe. I may have to institute plague rules for the rest of this rotation, where sims aren't allowed to greet any sims that walk by and hide inside until any illness is gone. What's odd is that I played Desiderata Valley before Strangetown this rotation and nobody died or anything like that. I'm going to have to watch all of my sims carefully this rotation. But it is strange and fitting that these sudden deaths are somehow mostly just in Strangetown right now. Before this epidemic I could count on one hand the number of sims who died from unnatural causes.

SilverMoon (Abe) - Well, some drama apparently happened at one of the parties, cause Abe is furious and at -96 with his wife! And Brittney has a caught cheating memory to match Abe's caught her cheating one. It was a Saturday, so that means Family Day and the Hansons and SilverMoon (Barak) households were summoned. Barbara got her bronze cosmetology badge and started working towards her silver. Beatrice got fit, then got an outing call from Caroline de Muse. Brittney was part of the outing and I took them to Sim Center North. Hunter was also part of the outing. Bailey ordered an espresso as her energy bar was getting pretty low.. It was a fun outing all in all. Collin harvested the tomatoes, while Beatrice used her outing boost to study logic.

My week twelve rotations (my largest, with 50 households and 8 dorms) are almost complete. A couple of the more recent houses:

The political change that had been anticipated took its first steps, as Hezekiah and Mercy Jackson of the RDF both won contested elections for seats in the National Assembly; as a result, for the first time in a generation, the True Whig party lost its majority in the National Assembly, although with their continued hold on the Premiership, they still managed to control both the agenda and, thanks to his tie-breaking vote, the body as a whole, albeit tenuously.

In the David Ottomas household, David unexpectedly died Monday evening, leaving his pregnant young wife, Aurelia, and their son (joined by a posthumous daughter by week's end.) Aurelia recovered fairly quickly though, and into the arms of David's brother, Dakota, who proposed late in the week and is planning to move in next week.

Much less drama in Ori Ruben's household. Three more children were added to the family: Zariah, Yehuda, and Joziah - while wife Neveah became an elder at the end of the week and Ori was promoted to become the senior agent in the SPS, and a possible candidate for the next Intelligence Minister. Older daughter Naamah also found her first love (and a three-bolt one at that) with Aarav Ramaswami.

Summer Vacation is happening right now for Lee Wellington's family. His sons, Cypress and Cedar spent the day with him (wife had to work) and they went out to 'Gymboree Fitness' to swim and shoot hoops, afterwards they ate at Mickey's boxcar diner for lunch and later that evening they played with sparklers and firecrackers because it was Founder's Day. They invited some family friends and aunts and uncles but all the children cousins ended up being taken home because it was 'past their bedtime'. The remaining adults hung around in the hot tub until 1 AM.

While I'm playing Gabriella Newson's household, I'm looking at her Interests, and notice that for all that she loves to talk about, she doesn't care one bit about Work or Paranormal. Would you care to take a guess at what she does for a living???

Hanson - Barton walked to school and Andromeda went to the cuisine lot to enter a cooking contest. She entered the contest with Stuffed Rainbow Trout and won! When Andromeda got home she went right to the pond and started fishing, working on her silver badge, which she got, and then started working on her gold. Then she had to go to work. Barton came home from school and called up Bartholomew to chat and make best friends. Anne threw Bary a birthday party at 6pm - it was time for him to grow into a child! Aaron and Jules had wandered in earlier, so they were already there. Bary grew up into a Peter Pan type outfit that definitely has to be changed! Bambi and Collin fell in love at the party. Andromeda came home and Amin and Bambi fell in love. She's definitely the inappropriate person type! The party was a good time, and Andromeda adopted a kitten, Benji, for the kids.

The next household on the rotation was the Storm household. Due to the fact that Duncan and Elaine only had an idea number of kids of 1, I was not expecting them to have as many as they do, and as Elaine got hit by risky woohoo there's at least one more kid on the way. She did give me a little scare when it popped up that she was having pre-term contractions.

She managed to carry the pregnancy to term, and ended up having triplets! All boys -- they were named Clint (brown eyes), Floyd (grey eyes freckled skin), Trey (green eyes). All have black hair and this now makes each possible eye colour represented twice in the kids.

Unfortunately, Wilbur died the same day the triplets were born, though he did get a platinum send-off.

Duncan had headed to work when Elaine was giving birth, so ended up coming home with a promotion to Summer Camp Music Teacher (Music level 4) to be told he'd doubled his number of kids and that his father had died.

Sunday was a family party and a quadruple birthday. Isaac grew to child, and the triplets became toddlers. Clint is the only one who has his mother's face shape (no narrow jaw) but is also the only one of the triplets to be low motivation (Trey and Floyd are average).

The Stultz household was next. Stella managed to get two promotions in a row, to Rogue Botanist (Natural Science level 6) on the Friday, and Animal Linguist on the Saturday. As a result, she spent the whole of Sunday skilling.

She did spend some time woohooing with her boyfriend Tony, but no pregnancy took. Despite being a family sim, Tony seems content in not marrying Stella in any regards, just wanting a baby.

Because it had been a whole rotation (~3 years) with no pregnancy, they ended up paying for IVF treatment. I decided to take @lauratje's pregnancy odds that incorporated the FT Super Fertility perk and IVF odds, and added in a little adjustment myself for multiples.

The end result is that while the odds of their first pregnancy was 76 (singleton) - 15 (twins) - 6 (triplets) - 3 (quads), the odds of this pregnancy are 0 (singleton) - 68 (twins) - 24 (triplets) - 8 (quads). Which...to my mind makes more sense as both are twins so their odds of having twins should be increased somewhat.

This may backfire and make the house uber-crowded though.

The first thing I saw at the Wegner household was eldest Dawn having her first kiss with Alec Marshalls, then going off to woohoo with him. No chance of pregnancy as she's 13 days until she becomes an adult (I don't 'unlock' pregnancy until 10 days until adulthood).

Emily had the want to get the Alien Repairations Grant and did a bit of stargazing but didn't succeed in getting abducted.

And apparently I'd forgotten that April was pregnant as I came back from prepping my lunch to see her awake at 2AM, making the bed, and with a nice little pop-up message saying she'd been placed on maternity leave.

The new baby was a boy, Reece, with almost identical genetics to Brandon (checked in-game -- the only thing different is the skintone). Brown hair, medium skintone, bright blue eyes. Connor is the only one of the seven kids to have non-blue eyes -- Dawn and Nina have their grandfather's/mother's blue eyes; Brandon, Emily, Daniel, and Reece have their grandmother's blue eyes; Connor has his father's green eyes.

(I admit, Dawn and Connor are my front-runners for house heir. Connor because of his green eyes, Dawn because I think she looks adorable but that may be due to her looking like a brown-haired, lighter-skinned version of her mother.)

I went and batch-generated 16 new teen townies when I saw the dating options for the three teenage kids. It only really worked to give Emily a few new options -- it changed nothing for Dawn. I invited over August Vanderpol for Dawn, the teen babysitter for Brandon, and a college student sim named Carla Lamb for Emily. By the end of the day Brandon still only had a generic 'go steady' want, but Dawn had rolled to go steady with August.

Reece grew up on the Saturday and turned out pretty cute -- I think he has his father's nose. He is also the only kid of the seven who is a high motivation sim.

On Sunday I invited over the other Wegner household + the Lyndhursts + the Vanderpols (as they have the potential to marry in). The result - a whole bunch of sims. Emily and Carla shared their first kiss during the party but the only other thing of note was that the whole household came down with the flu because one person invited to the party had it.

SilverMoon (Barak) - Nerissa went to work, and the butler started a fire - he got distracted while cooking to feed one of the triplets. Janus gave financial advice while Barak took care of the triplets. Nerissa came home from work with a friend. They had a sidewalk outing as Barak went to work. Collin called Nerissa to chat and they made friends. Nerissa's outing was fun and Nerissa used the bonus to work on her bronze flower arranging badge. Barak came home with a promotion to Headliner. Janus made friends with Brittney over the phone. Nerissa got her bronze badge right before bed.

In my Legacy house, Finn Wheeler has become hand of Poseidon, thus achieving his lifetime want. Heather Huffington-Wheeler is one level away from becoming The Law. Their daughters Scarlett and Melanie are now children and are about to be enrolled in private school. Finn and Heather have also welcomed son Rhett into the world.

Rhett went out with a bunch of widows of his acquaintance - his stepmother Mary Hart, his babymama Andrea Martin Viejo, and his new friend and neighbor Darrell Dreamer. He took them out to eat and consult on what he should do about baby Vallie's prolonged distress over Vidcund's death. Which matches his own. Mary told him to get rid of the urn, and he reluctantly did so. Without me having to respawn the tombstone every morning they should be able to move on.

Rhett's lack of boltage with Darrell did not prevent him from lugging a want to flirt with her around all evening. If Andrea hadn't been there I'd have let him do it. She kept sizzling at him, too. He spares not a thought for his triple-bolt matches in town, Danielle Pleasant and Donna Lothario. So is he regarding her as a challenge, or is he just getting better at not thinking about women who are spoken for? Because I can make Donna less spoken for...

Trent is making good grades and dating Ripley Grunt while thinking about her sister and wondering what the hell is the matter with him. And I'm having crashy problems with the frat, but that might've been power surges last night...

I've set up an asylum made up of former dormies in my downtown. I chose them randomly from the group of dormies that had keys to a dorm that no longer exists, aged them to adult, and gave them random secondary aspirations. The controlled sim is named Acilia Motosfont, and she's a knowledge sim with a LTW to learn all skills. She has a job in a custom community service career. The first couple of days went fairly well, despite routing issues near the bathroom. Acilia made breakfast for everyone and one of the inmates with a grilled cheese secondary was nice enough to make sandwiches for dinner a couple of times. Acilia wanted a logic skill point, so I sent her to stargaze - of course she got abducted and came back pregnant. Keeping her needs up when there weren't enough beds was a nice challenge, but she survived the pregnancy and gave birth to twins - Apollo and Artemis were put up for adoption and will be going to the Tinker family (they had just adopted another baby last rotation, but I know they want more). After a week, everyone other than Acilia and one other inmate were worrying a lot. Esmour, a popularity sim, is a very nice friendly guy and a lot of his wants are being met when he autonomously greets his friends as they walk by the house. He also has a high reputation, and I think he keeps waking up with easy to fill wants to have a good reputation - he goes platinum each morning. The one romance sim is very unhappy - she keeps having her advances shot down, and I think she'll be the first to go into aspiration failure. One sim is addicted to using the telescope in day - I'm seeing lots of Cyd Roseland coming to shove the spy. The other inmates are mostly either playing catch or piano. After a week, they seem to have settled into a bit of a bed-sharing rotation, and needs are mostly being well handled. There's been a couple of very hungry sims and sims with very low bladder, but no starvation or accidents yet.

I played three semesters in both the sorority and fraternity at LGU:

At the frat, Isha, who had become a mean drunk and fought with Eva at one frat party, somehow fell in love with her again and rolled the want to get engaged to her - again (he'd had that want at one point before he'd attacked her). I didn't even see them interact with each other, but I did see her flirting with two of his frat brothers at one point. Anyway, when I played the sorority, she had a want to flirt with Isha and to go on a date with him - big change from the furious mood I remembered. On their date, she almost immediately rolled a want to fall in love with him. That's a want I'd tried to fill earlier with the two of them, but it just never seemed to happen. They'd have dream dates, lots of romantic interactions, and she'd not even get a crush, just the abstract want to love him. There seemed to be no change this time - two bolts of chemistry, lots of interaction, and no love through two dates. Then they had a date on the home lot before Eva had class. I was intending to cancel her "go to class" action, but it came up quickly and the date ended before I managed to. A message popped up from Isha - that was a nice time, we should do it again some time, and Eva suddenly fell in love. Really??? Amazing dates have no effect on you, but when one ends in a humdrum fashion, you fall in love?

The newest frat member, Tony, is a popularity/fortune sim. He has two bolts of chemistry with all but one of the sorority members, and I saw him flirt with at least three of them while playing both houses. I think he'll end up in a relationship with Ida Juana, but I'm not sure, as she's also got a crush on Hi. Hi has a crush on her, but also on one of the Printer Sisters. Helen and Andy have fallen in love, though both also have crushes on other people. Helen surprised me when she fell in love with Andy - she immediately rolled a want to get engaged to him without also rolling a fear of it (I don't often see that with romance sims). I locked the want, as it was interesting, and when she completed her sophomore year I changed her aspiration to family with a romance secondary. She still wants to play the field a bit, but eventually she'd like to settle down and have a family (her new LTW is for a golden anniversary). Helen is the only sorority sister not interested in Tony.

Helen and Ida Juana spent three semesters barely getting the skills they needed to pass as they had little interest in skilling at all. Helen got a needed cooking skill point only because the newest sister, Parvati, kept watching the cooking channel, and poor Ida Juana was tasked to rake the endless fall leaves in order to get the cleaning skill she needed. The otherwise annoying coach helped them get needed body points one semester, as well. The rest of the sorority either already has the skills they need for their classes, or seem to want to get them. Nobody in the sorority, not even the ones with knowledge secondaries, rolled a want to write a term paper or do an assignment over the course of three semesters. I'm not sure why - Jaquette and Eva had rolled and filled such wants in the past - but it made for an interesting session, with lots of socializing and grades coming entirely from class attendance.

Alan Coulthurst, the frat brother with the amazingly unsuccessful love life, graduated with crushes on a few girls, and is best friends with many people. He was a popularity sim with the aspiration to be a cult leader. I gave him a grilled cheese secondary, and he fed the frat sandwiches for his entire senior year. Now he's off to found the Cult of Cheese in my main 'hood.

Indeed, she's the Cult Leader; the top rank in the Paranormal Career. Now I'm not surprised she wants to quit her job

Newson: Georgia Newson Cooke has been trying so hard to raise her family's status in the town. Every time she gets a bonus, she sends money to her relatives and has set aside accounts for all the children to go to college. The problem is her nephew Cosmo Newson, son of Garrett and Terra Smith Newson. He flat out refused to go to college because he wants to be a dancer. He took the money she set aside for his college ($10K) and bought and furnished a very small house. So she tried to give him more money to make the house nicer, but he refused that too. Then she tried to get her niece Venus (daughter of Gallagher and Stella Terrano Newson) to help him out in his career because she is a dancer as well. Again, he refused help. He wants to do it all on his own. Her next plan was to set him up with one of the Grunt girls who just returned from college. The Grunts are upper middle class, so that would raise his status. Instead, he hooked up with that trashy Andrews girl. The Andrews have a bad reputation because Starla (the mother) had affairs with several married men and had babies by them, but never married herself. She died young leaving her six children to fend for themselves. The oldest of them then had a baby out of wedlock and now all seven of them live in a two bedroom shack (you would think Georgia would be sympathetic to their plight). To make matters worse (to Georgia), the girl is a lazy romance sim and works in the slacker career. But, Cosmo is in love with her and wants to marry her. He invited her to move in with him as soon as the house was done. Sorry, Georgia, you're gonna have to chill out and let things work out on their own. She's something of a control freak though, so I see more drama between her and Cosmo in the future.

College section of my rotation. Nothing much happened worth noting. The sorority that is widely known now as the "pregnant sorority" gained 3 new members - Little Juno Broke was born to Desdemona Capp in the end of her second semester of her sophomore year, completely healthy. However twins Quinn and Duncan Goodie/Ottomas/Starchild (not decided on the last name yet) were kept in the NICU following Sharla Goodie (Nee Ottomas) obsession with the bubble blower during pregnancy. They pulled through though, and all babies were transported to the orphanage home until it's decided where they will live. Juno will most likely move in with her maternal grandmother Brandi, or possibly with a member of the Capps for now as Desdemona and Beau finish college (Beau only became a freshman this rotation!) but seeing as Sharla is actually married and the father of the babies doesn't know of their existence and has only just scraped together enough money after graduating to live in a tiny apartment with his BFF Ty Bubbler, the twins will most likely stay in the orphanage. I might give them a new last name or even change their last name to whatever family adopts them provided someone does.

I loaded into the Vanderpol household to find a nice little 'have two loves' want in August's panel. I had him invite over Elena Lawrence to see if those two would hit it off at all, and also noticed that one of the new teen townies I made was in his top chemistry panel.

Trevor got a promotion up to Leading Man (Show Business level 8). August went to chat up one of the new townie sims and see how she measured up to his current love interests.

Daniella got a promotion to Juggler (Entertainment level 7) on the Saturday, and Felix has taken to bringing home Tony Stultz on a regular basis (mainly as the two of them are the same level in the Law Enforcement career).

Being part Knowledge (despite all his wants to romance half the town), August is a knowledge sim and actually rolled wants to skill beyond his low motivation level. At this rate he might actually be in for a scholarship before he heads off to university.

Every time I load into the Kraemer household I forget how busy it is with the numerous children Scarlett and Kevin have. I'd also apparently left a little too early last time as James grew up a few seconds after I entered the lot. He rolled Romance/Fortune, and the LTW to have 20 Loves.

Ashleigh had the want to go steady, so I scanned through potential appropriate sims and came across Emily Wegner. The two rather quickly shared a first kiss. The next evening I invited over all the potential loves for the teens (barring James) and let them roam on free will.

(With so many sims in the household I tend to let them free will anyway. They're all good enough at taking care of their needs thanks to various mods, so I only really need to keep an eye on toddler Anthony and if any of the adults want to skill for their job.)

Anthony grew to child on the Saturday, and that was apparently enough for Kevin to roll the want for a baby, to match the one Scarlett has had for a while. My rules state a rotation without a fulfilled pregnancy = IVF treatment, but with them having twelve kids I'm loathe to add to it, especially seeing as odds are good they'd have twins at the least. I know that at least three of the kids have same sex love interests which reduces the number of accidental pregnancies, but still...eldest Madeline has already started having kids.

Sunday was taken over to a family get-together, with Scarlett's brother and his family visiting, and also Madeline with her family. The party ended up being rated 'Good Time'. Rebekah has one more day before she heads to university, Maya three days. Twins Cassie and Lexi are one day from becoming teens, and twins Leanne and Noah are four days from becoming teens. That means two sims will leave for uni next rotation, and I'll have four new teens.

I calculated all the necessary stuff for the Lyndhurst family, including ideal careers for all the teens (something I had apparently forgotten to do for a while). Elizabeth had the want to earn the Young Entrepreneurs Award, but only had Culinary and Journalism as her ideal careers. Well, seeing as her grandparents are both in the Journalism career, I had the idea of them letting her intern (aka cheat her into the job) -- no need however as Journalism was one of the jobs available on the computer. Nathen likewise had a want for the same scholarship and also got lucky in getting his LTW career (Athletic) from the computer first try.

Riley ended up getting fired from his job due to a chance card -- no new Law career available on the computer for him to return to work, then I remembered about the FT perk to plead for his job back. Unfortunately, it didn't succeed.

Elizabeth had a bit more luck with her job, getting promoted up to Blog Writer (Journalism level 2).

They were burgled that night, but nothing was taken and they got a $500 reward.

Like with the Vanderpols I scoured through for potential loves for the teens. I am seriously leaning towards Adam as the household heir -- I like him, like his appearanace, like his potential teen love. The only downside is that his love interest has blue eyes -- given that 3/4 grandparents had blue eyes I'd like a little variety.

Sunday was a family reunion party as Riley rolled the want, inviting over the teens' love interests (minus Nathen who was at work the whole day). Elizabeth got promoted to Internet Movie Critic (level 3) -- Nathen got promoted via chance card to Team Mascot (Athletic level 3). The party also ended, being a good time.

Nick Marshalls woke up on Friday morning with a fear of being rejected for going steady, so I invited over Jessica Kraemer and had him ask her -- he was happy, she not so much. Garry also had a want for his first kiss so I looked through his potential matches and found someone called Lauren.

Heath and Christie seem intent on having a late-life baby with the number of times they go to woohoo though. Their risky woohoo odds are less than 1% so it's not all that likely for an accidental pregnancy to happen.

For some reason the attraction dropped between Nick and Jessica, so I checked around for any other options and stumbled upon Leia Lyndhurst. I let them socialise just to see what might happen -- what happened was them sharing a first kiss (on Leia's end) while Garry woohooed with his crush Lauren.

Like his brother, Garry rolled the want to go steady so with a quick invite he asked Lauren to go steady.

(At this point I went and searched for some more house plans and did some building, mainly because this household is in the AL mobile home lot with no room for extra sims. Nothing else of note happened in the rotation.)

Sutton - Everyone had the day off, so they free ranged until it was time for Bailey to give birth. She gave birth to a bouncing baby boy named Cal. Jerry lost major aspiration points for Cal's birth, so Bailey and him went on a home date to get him happy again. It ended up being great before they both lost interest in it. Bailey dug for treasure to get fit, Jerry called Camryn to make friends and Kelcey weeded the garden. Kelcey got her bronze gardening badge while harvesting, then her silver while fertilizing for a crop of tomatoes.

Smith (Barid) - Barid went to work, and Estelle and Caius had the day off. Estelle gave birth to a baby boy named Calder. Barid came home with a promotion to Professional Party Guest and Senneth Rowan as his friend. They went on an outing, but Senneth wouldn't hang out, so I just let her free range. Barid and Estelle woohoo'd and TFB successfully, then Estelle took a nap. Caius figured out that Games is his hobby, and Estelle figured hers out as Arts and Crafts in a dream. Barid's outing ended at fun. Caius and Estelle hung out for a bit since both wanted to be friends with the other. They didn't make it before Estelle had to go to bed. Estelle popped and woke up Barid in the process so they're both up early. Estelle found her LTW career finally, and it started this morning so off to work she went!

I started a new challenge! But the screenshots I took refused to save properly, grr.

my Sims should now be out of their constant wake/stasis cycle as I just got Sims 2 Ultimate Collection just 3 days ago. I was worried about the rejection like I had the first time I ask but when the EA game adviser heard that my drive was kaput he gave me what I wanted.

Since then my sims have had quite a bit of building renovations done and the occasional household drifting. now to get back to ruining their lives.
