How long have you been playing The Sims?
 

I started at the age of ten, when my sister accidentally left TS2 in the car. Then I played TS1 on the Gamecube (Before I had ever played TS2) and got addicted. XP
So, I've been playing for almost 5 years.

Hmm....About ten also, so about 3 years. ^_^
I saw it when browsing the internet for Christmas presents and I begged and begged my parents to get it for me.

I started playing sims 2 after the Pets EP I think, but I actually played sims 1 before that, (I was completely out of the loop, it took me a year or so before I caught up and got sims 2 )

And I've been playing ever since.

I started playing when i was about... Hrm, not sure. i can't really remember.
Well, i started playing TS1 just after 2 came out, (which from memory was 2004) then 2 about a year later. After 2 i got a heap of 2 ones for ps2 and pets on DS, then went back to TS2 on pc untill 3 came out. So... i think i've been playing for about 5 years. Maybe a bit less/more.

I started playing when TS1 came out. Plus, I've had bustin out for PS2 since that came out. So,,, long time :D

Since January 3rd, 2007. I got the Deluxe version at EB Games as a compromise for not getting Harvest Moon, and I have never forgotten the day that that game changed my life.

I hadn't known sims 2 came out until Christmas '07 when I was -still- playing 1, and when I wanted the pets game, my mom got the TS2 pets

And then I had to waste my money getting Double Deluxe because that was the only thing including base game

Ever since 2000, when the first Sims was out Was addicted; you weren't cool in my school then if you didn't have a copy XD

I got TS2 about 2008? I've always wanted it, but original games here are SO expensive D: So a friend bought it for me as a going away present

I started playing TS2 as soon as it came out, which was...when? I think I was 8 or 9 at the time. Prior to that, I had been playing TS1 for about a year.

PixCii, if that was right, you'd be 13/14. TS2 was 2004.

EDIT: i think. there is probably a 50% chance i'm wrong.

Hm, I might have been just about to turn 10, because I remember I was living in Japan when I got it, and was so excited. Of course, I had no idea how to play and after the first three days it landed at the back of my bookshelf with all of my other abandoned toys, but I brought it out when I moved back to Australia and got a halfway decent computer...

Hm.... I don't know the exact date, but it's been at lest a year or two since I started playing Sims 2. Sadly, I can't play Sims 2 (Long story) and I only have Sims 3 to play. I kinda miss Sims 2.

I played sims 1 at a friend's house. Then I saw it at Woolworth's (aww... ) for a fiver so I bought it. Then sims 2... expansion packs... sims 3... so on and so on. It must of been when I was around 9/10/11 years of age.

I started to play TS1 when I was ten, so 8 years ago, in 2001 *feels old* =) I got TS2 when it came out and the same with TS3 ^-^

Since I was about 7 and got TS1, and I've had TS2 since I was 11, and TS3 since June, so I guess I started playing The Sims six years ago. I think it was because my friend Alex played it (she's a year younger than me) and I got interested in it, and now my sister wants to play it because of me. :P

Hmm... I'm not sure.. I got the sims deluxe pack for Christmas, so I guess my anniversary is today! (In Norway, we open our presents at Christmas eve). I think I was about... 9 years or anything, and now I'm 15, så I guess about 6 years?

Around christmas, three years ago, I got a computer that I could actually play the sims 2 on (it wouldn't even start on the old one) but I'd had the sims 2 for a year, I just couldn't play it. I bought it after getting a five minute go at a friends house. How do you get addicted to a game from watching someone else play for five minutes?

So if you count that time when I first saw the game four years!

It was 3 years 2 days ago (22nd). So 3 years and 2 days.

I found out how long mine was ^.^ It'll be 10 YEARS the end of January. That's when Sims 1 came out and I played it since the release. So since I was five.

And yes, I do have awesome parents that let me play a game rated T when I was in kindergarten
