Possible Assessments
The screenshots are taken from an angle which makes it difficult to see your creation(s). Screenshots should be taken face-on from directly in front of the wall, or top-down for floors and ground cover.
Your screenshots are taken from either side-on or top down at an angle which clearly shows your creation(s).
General Guidelines
Pictures should be taken at an angle that shows your creation clearly. After all, to evaluate every creation fairly, us moderators need to get a good look at them, and it's also great for downloaders too, so that they can see every detail of your upload!
For most uploads, the general rule of thumb is to make sure most of the picture area is focused on the creation, without any parts of the creation being cut off. It's fine to have some other things "in the shot" so long as the main focus of the picture is your creation.

Build Mode - Walls & Floors
To see your walls/flooring creations at it's best, you should always show your walls face-on and the floorings top down.

Correct!
Why is this correct?
We can see the couch in great detail! Not only are they a different colour, but from this angle we can also see the different texturing well! :)
Note This picture is fine for a set, but if you are uploading a new creation you have made, also include a picture of a single item, at the correct Distance too!
Incorrect
Why is this incorrect?.
Sadly, because the other couches are blocking the ones in the back, we can't see all the recolours in great detail, thus, impossible to tell whether it has different patterns or texturing. :(
We can see all the gorgeous details on these lovely rugs! :) That way, downloaders know exactly what the texturing on the rugs look like and therefore can decide whether they'd want them or not ;)
Why is this incorrect?
We can sort of see what kind of detailing is going on, but not quite unfortunately. Therefore, making it difficult to figure out whether people love the details on the rugs
