It's not exactly clear from the description what your mod does or what it is. Even though it can be quite difficult writing what exactly your mod does, try to keep in mind to ask yourself these questions:
It is also important to mention whether your mod is a override mod, global mod, trait, object mod, script mod a tuning mod, etc. This way, downloaders know if your mod can conflict with other downloads they have. :)
You have explained what your mod does, what kind of mod it is, and how it changes the game. Thanks!
General Guidelines
Mod Functionality is really important when you're sharing your new mod! Without this, people don't know exactly what they're downloading. That's why it's always good to set up a small question list for yourself:
When sharing Tuning, overrides, object mods, Global mods, Config mods, also ask yourself these questions:
From those questions it's much easier to have a good detailed description on what your mod does exactly :) Do take in account that you can easily mix the Mod Function with the Title and description guideline if you need a little bit more inspiration! See: Description
Another guideline that will really help you is the post presentation guideline: Post Presentation
It's also important to explain what type of mod you're sharing so downloaders exactly know what they're getting! :) For example, they might think your mod adds a whole new interaction, even though it's only a tuning mod.

A little vague
Hi guys! I made a tuning mod that alters the shower time of your sims
Why is this incorrect
If we were to think of the set of questions we set up, we'd know that it alters the shower, but first few questions that a downloader might have is:
A great description
Hi guys! I made a tuning mod that alters the shower time of your sims. I've added 2 versions. The original shower takes 75 in-game minutes for the sim to be done when completely dirty.
Version one makes the slower times a bit more realistic by it being 120 in-game minutes The second version makes the showering time only 10 minutes! So no more endless waiting! :)
It alters all the showers in-game, including all EP/SPs yet released. I will try to update it later when there's any more packs being released.
Why is this correct?
If we take a look at the set of questions, we know that:
Non-overrides - incorrect
I've always wanted to have a sewing table in my game so I went out of my way and would like to present 'My first sewing table!'
It comes with 3 interactions and a whole new mesh. See the images for anything else! :)
Why is this incorrect?
Images can be great to visualize what you're explaining but if they're the key of what your download does, that could be a big issue and create confusion on what exactly it does. In this case the downloader would be wondering about:
Non-overrides - correct
I've always wanted to have a sewing table in my game so I went out of my way and would like to present 'My first sewing table!' This is a script mod that I wrote! :)
It comes with 2 interactions and a whole new mesh! It doesn't have any buffs or challenges though nor does it come with a skill unfortunately. :/ The new interactions are:
Interaction one: Choose random sewing project With this interaction your sim will make any random sewing project available
Interaction two: Choose sewing project With this interaction you can choose between sewing: A teddy bear, pillow or curtains
To interact with the sewing table, you have to put an ordinary chair in front of it. It will automatically snap to the table! :) Without it they will do the ordinary stomping. It also comes with custom animations!
Because we pretty much covered all the questions we have about what it can do and what it does! :) And what is and isn't included. Awesome! :)
