Possible Assessments
This mod seems to require special instructions to use and/or install it, but none are included, or the instructions are unclear.
There are good enough instructions given that most downloaders should be able to follow them without too much difficulty.
General Guidelines
Sometimes when you create a new function, mod or maybe a new file type, a new tool/utility, .ini files or even a new program, installing it to your game (or other programs) goes a little bit different than how it would be done with packages or sims2pack/sims3packs. In that case, it's always good to explain how to get it to work! Whether it's a function that will add something in-game with a special file type or a program that does specific things. Or maybe even something else!
When writing these types of instructions, always keep in mind that not everyone might understand specific terms you might use, so always try to think as if you're explaining how to install something to a person with a basic understanding of how to use a computer. That way, you will be always sure that everyone gets it :) So always try to find ways to simplify it, maybe even dividing it into more steps.

Examples
Correct - A proper instruction (additional scripts)
Why is this correct?
It's clear and concise. For people with a basic understanding of PCs it's very clear! People who have never used Blender will possibly have an easy time installing it as well :)
Incorrect - A not-so-great instruction (additional scripts)
Download the .py file and install it with Blender
Why is this incorrect?
In this case, people who might never have touched Blender, or have a basic understanding on how to use the program, might have a really hard time understanding how to install this. So always make the steps really clear. Even though you might know how to do this and find it easy, others will have a hard time to understand it.
Correct - An instruction for programs
Note: If it gives any errors make sure to download this and that framework.
Even though it's an easy program with little to no installation needed, it's a good way of showing people who are a bit anxious of getting a program that doesn't have an installer that they can just put it in a folder and open it that way without any issues :) And, to also share why it might not work for them.
Incorrect - A how-not-to-do-it instruction for programs
Download my .EXE file and just open it
Even though it might work by just dumping it in a folder and 'just open it', might make quite some people confused whether it has to be a specific folder or maybe it has its own installer, etc. It could even lead to people being too scared to download it. So instructions are really important in this case!
