It's a bit unclear whether this upload adds recolours to an existing catalogue item, or clones an existing in-game mesh to create a unique entry (Standalone recolour). Or is even a new mesh! If the former, please clearly state which object this adds recolours to. If one of the latter two, please list the following:
You've shared some great details about where to find your object in-game! Though it seems to be missing some details to make it easier to find it in-game. Make sure to also share all catalogue info for all objects uploaded if you have more than one. Make sure to clearly state the catalogue function location(s). (e.g. Walls/Tile or Doors/Arches) and the object's price. (e.g. 200 simoleons)

Make sure to clearly state:
Thanks for including all of the necessary catalogue info! This will help downloaders find your items in their game. :)
Since this upload has a unique catalogue entry (standalone recolour), rather than adding recolours to an existing item, we need information so downloaders will know where to find it in-game! :)
General Guidelines
All items with a new build/buy catalogue entry should always have a mention on to where it can be found. This is important, so your downloaders can easily find back where to find your download in their games without having to guess or search for it! :) If you are sharing multiple items, do make sure to list the information for each which has a unique catalogue entry.
We need the following information:
Note: Make sure your item's price is reasonable. A carpet shouldn't cost 1000 simoleons per tile, for example, and a fancy fireplace shouldn't cost 1 simoleon.
If your recolour(s) doesn't have a new catalogue location, then it's okay to not include the Catalogue Info. However, downloaders would love to know which object you've recoloured in the first place so they can easily find it back!
If your recolour(s) does have a new catalogue location, then it does need the Catalogue Info, so your downloaders aren't looking in the wrong places where they expect it to be! :)
The Sims 4 Guidelines, apply in addition to the above General ones.
Buy Mode
Note: Make sure your item's price is reasonable. A carpet shouldn't cost 1000 simoleons per tile, for example, and a fancy bookshelf shouldn't cost 1 simoleon.
In-game name required: For the Sims 4, it's also important to list the in-game object's name as well so people can search by name! :)
Standalone recolours: Standalone recolours (recolours that don't add additional swatches to EA's swatches) are technically a duplication of an already in-game object. This makes it possible to re-categorise the object compared to its original mesh. These type of recolours should always have Catalog Info mentioned in your description as well :)
If the item adds an additional recolour to an already existing catalog item, then this should be mentioned in the description, but doesn't need any catalog info.
The Sims 3 Guidelines, apply in addition to the above General ones.
The Sims 2 Guidelines, apply in addition to the above General ones.

Too word-y
So I made this new recolour right? I thought 'hey? It fits super great with Surfaces' so I did that because, duh, it's a table! laughs But anyways, it's 30 simoleons because I looooove cheap things in real life too! I mean, cheap over chic amirite?!
Why is this incorrect?
If you were to quickly go through the description because you really want to give it a try in your game, it will get a bit difficult to find the information. It's also a bit inconvenient, especially if your main description is quite long, which might hide important information even more!
Short but powerful!
It can be found in: Lighting, Ceiling lamps for 200 simoleons.
Why is this correct?
You can easily find it when quick-reading, it's short and awesome, since it has all the information! :D
Short but powerful! (In-game name)
It can be found in: Lighting, Ceiling lamps for 200 simoleons. You can also search the name: Liz's modern Lampz
You can easily find it when quick-reading, it's short and awesome, since it has all the information, making it easy to find when searching for the name! :)
Custom thumbnails
You can easily find it because I added a custom thumbnail and my special pack icon.
Because even though you might have shared a thumbnail, imagine having a ton of CC downloaded, it might take a good while to find that one thing you really want to try out. So it's always good to share all the Catalog info! :)
Listing is cool!
This Item can be found in:
Not only is it very organised, it's also easy to read! It's probably the fastest way to write it down as well!
Missing Info
It can be found in: Lighting, Ceiling lamps
The category where the item can be found is listed, which is great, but the price and catalog name of the item is missing. This could mean a lot of scrolling through the category to find the item, especially if the downloader has a lot of cc in that category.
Object mods - missing info
