Looks great, but I don't think Sims will be able to use the seating area in the front room.

I would appreciate more detail. You see, I don't PLAY the game. I just build and share, so if I create something the is UNUSABLE, I want to know about it so I do not keep making the same mistake.

This looks charming! I will now be forced to do some gardening as I usually never bother with it. Great house and big yard for the kids. Thanks so much!
