I'm basically a builder and rarely seriously play the sims as life simulation. However, every now and again I think I'm going to start a sim and keep his first residence under 20,000$ by buying the absolutely cheapest necessities. That never goes well and you're terrific landscaping stuff is not helping!! Motherlode, here I come.....again.
