Default Balcony Dorm — 7 rooms — 3x2
The oldest of the dorms on campus, this building has spacious common areas, including a recreation room, dining hall and computer lab. The foyer hosts a grand staircase, lounge area and bathrooms. There is a fireplace in the rec room. Upstairs, some rooms are provided with double beds, others with singles, and there are two shared bathrooms. A large balcony overlooks the entrance, and the tower stair leads up to the attic level, where weekly band practice is held.

Default Courtyard Dorm — 9 rooms — 2x3
The largest of the dorms available, built during the architect's "barn" period., there are nine rooms on two levels, some having double beds, decorated in soothing greens and blues. A computer lab caters for academic needs, while a modern dining room feeds the residents. There is a TV lounge for relaxation, or spend some time in the courtyard which includes a fish pond. No garden maintenance is required here.

Default Terrace Dorm — 6 rooms - 3x2
This is the smallest dorm on campus. It is efficiently laid out, and has all the necessities.
Comfort is adequate. Cafeteria and common room, public computer. Two shared bathrooms. Some rooms have double beds, others have desks for private study. Decor is in muted neutrals (except for the common room!). Outdoors, there are tables on the terrace, overlooking a pretty garden with trees and flowers. Garden maintenance is the responsibility of the residents.

Default Gamma House — 4 bedrooms - 2x2 - $10 760 - Rental House
Dark brown weatherboarding and river stone give this house, set among the trees, a country feel. Built in the 1920's, it is a relic of bygone days. Serving as a student residence over many years, with minimal updates when necessary, it has become an interesting mix of cheap lino and carved woodwork.

From the front porch, the entry leads you past the lounge with its stone fireplace. The rear hall opens into a full kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for six. The downstairs loo is tucked in beside the kitchen. Up the Art Deco staircase, you will find three large bedrooms and a smaller one, plus a refurbished communal bathroom. The bedrooms have been individually decorated by previous owners. Feel free to add your own touches!

Loosely based on a set of 1920's uni buildings in Connecticut.

A student pub has to cater to certain needs...booze, dancing, small-scale gambling. Toilets are important too.

Wow, I don't even play uni... but now I will have to! I love this. It actually made me a little homesick for my favorite little uni town in real life. Love how well it all fits together, the cozy feel, the history. Really lovely work. Thank you!
