It's very pretty.
I'm just a little concerned with the balconies. My vampire always ends up dragging their meal up to the wider one as it's the only suitable private spot available. Can't really tell from the overheads, is it still accessible, or just the narrow one?

Yes, the wider balcony facing the street is completely accessible through the mini spa with the massage tables. The two narrow balconies are as well!
