How much does the house cost? And why is it listed under community? Is it a community lot?

its very pretty annapic, but i think rubytuesday is right it should be under residential
it may be that during the slow times this weekend some uploads went astray....maybe, i dunno :D
it might not get seen here so much and that would be a shame

i don't remember the cost now, will check it later... must be between 50k and 80k
