Default Need a tester / feedback on an off the grid TV and Radio
The tv might need eco living to function, the radio should have been base game.

Current Issues:

TV: I can't find the tuning for the dream home decorator or Civic Public Access Channels

Radio: 2 instances of turn on and 2 of listen to, one of each is greyed out but the other is fully functional
