sorry to ask but im so new in here and i feel helpless i really wanted to download this one but i already saved in my desktop and i double click the icon but it seems that its now showing up everytime i create a family. can someone please tutor or help me how to install this leon charactet? i just can't get it to work

Okay i have tried to download leon and install him but i keep getting a crc error whatever that means. i just got finished downloading your other uploaded sims with no probs at all. All of which are really great. But leon just doesnt want to be mine. I have all ep packs and stuff packs enabled. Any clues to this one?

I've tried to download him many times, but I keep getting the Expansion Pack Error. I'm on a Mac, so I can't use Clean Installer...I remember being able to download him before, when I just had the Uni EP. Now I have NL also. I'm so confused...lol

im having a little trouble getting him to show up in the game. i downloaded him using Q-Xpress Installer and the download completed successfully but for some reason it wont show up in the game. if you can help me in any way it would be great. thanks
