Default WCIF woohoo cinematic always on when they start woohoo?
A long time ago someone made a mod for (like the title says.) woohoo cinematic always on when they start woohoo. I found it on a site that it's no longer around. I know the mod exists because I had it before I got the UC. The mod just basically played the woohoo cutscene each and every time they woohooed. Does that mod still exist somewhere or is it gone forever?

I think you can do this with ACR. Otherwise, do you know who made the mod?
