Default WCIF aledstrange's "Maxis Improved" mods?

The download links lead to dead pages. I checked other websites where this user was part of... and links didn't go anywhere either. Would anyone happen to have them? Or suggestions that are pretty vanilla-friendly?

With old box links go up to the address and remove the 'www' and replace it with app. Any old box link you run across do that, never had it fail.
