Default What does this lot information mean
I am downloading houses at modthesims lately.
There are these lot details in the tab information, but I don't understand where they are all coming from.
I understand base price, total price and size, but can someone explain the others?
In this example:
It's an unfurnished house so I guess sellable has something to do with buy mode.
But how can architecture price be more than total price?

This might be better asked in the site feedback section. Maybe @Tashiketh can answer this.

Shall I move the thread or does that need to be done by a moderator?

It's taken directly from the game files (specifically the SIMI, see https://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=SIMI )

The reason the total price is less than the architecture is because of a constant noted at the bottom of that page:

"The Lot Value shown in the game is Empty + Sellable + Keepable + Architecture * 80%"

So this is why the Architecture is higher than the Total price.

Hope this anwers the question!

Story books are full of fairy tales, of Kings and Queens, and the bluest skies.

@Tashiketh
Thank you. That's indeed clearing things up.
Is it something we can check ourselves in SimPE or in game somehow?
It might be interesting for how I play to have that information with me while playing.

@lientebollemeis it's hidden in game afaik and the only thing you see is the total price.
