Well if your sim rents a larger room you could give them an oven in their room.

To make other tenants come out of their rooms more you can use these picture mods from Simlogical: http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims2P...rtmentFixes.htm You will need to move them all out to buy and place.

I can't express how much I love this lot. Downloaded last night and I've already had so much fun with the four families I moved in. Thanks for all your hard work. Especially love the bathtub outside Great touch!

I really like this lot, for some weird reason i love those lots that look poor or dirty (no offense intended) rather than flashy and clean lots.
