Hello.

So I like the idea of having a smaller amount of community lots but each has many services and rabbit holes. I am looking for some lots that are nice looking enough (landscaping, benches etc).

I suppose many of these have Ambitions stuff on it but I am not too interested in that pack so I'd like a lot that doesn't require that pack.
