I wouldn't say TSR is safe >cough<

The best place to keep up with new content is trapping Crushes who posts finds. http://trappingcrushes.tumblr.com/

Garden of Shadows (GOS) who have Monthly Themes, Secret Santa's, Christmas in July, The Wishing Tree as well as the regular download area. http://digitalperversion.net/garden...p?topic=30029.0

Leefish. Since Leefish didn't mention her own site. http://www.leefish.nl/mybb/portal.php

MoonlightDragon for all kinds of baby items, but there is deco and clothes there as well. http://moonlightdragon.freeforums.org/portal.php

Dangerous thread, this. One may run into far too much good content :P

I like retail sims, http://www.retailsims.com/index.html

I can recommend the hair gallery in the WCIF forum here at MTS to look at all of the hairstyles from the big hair-makers. I decide which ones I want, and then go find them in pooklet recolors.

Almighty Hat has pooklet recolors of many hairstyles, http://hat-plays-sims.dreamwidth.org/. Use the tag hair dumps to find all of the hairs.

A lot of individual artists do their own thing on tumblr. Try searching for "#sims 2 download" on tumblr, like so:

http://www.tumblr.com/search/sims+2+download

And then when you find a creator you like, dig back in their posting history and/or follow them.

All About Style, a timeless classic (also be sure to see their theme and historical sections):

Oh, and my favorite "new content" aggregator threads:

http://simscave.mustbedestroyed.org...php?board=172.0

Skimming through the threads there makes you realize how many people are still producing TS2 content.

Some of the larger sites not yet mentioned , not much ( or any) activity now at them , but thousands of downloads available at each , some require registration

I still miss some of the themed/quirky stuff from Sapphire Sims, a huge site that bit the dust.

It's too slow and not very efficient. It does have a lot of good content, but it takes forever to load the pages. Not worth having to reload a single page 3 or more times.

TSR is very slow to download unless you are a subscriber. But when the TS2 content is free, why bother? If you don't already have her stuff, look up Cashcraft in the Featured Artists section. http://http://www.thesimsresource.c...ists/Cashcraft/
