Default WCIF Sim State University without families?
So I'm planning on playing a megahood with the three base game neighborhoods, and I want to add a university so the teens can access everything that comes with university. But I already have enough sims to deal with, so I don't want to also play as the SSU students, but I suck at building, so I don't want to make a university from scratch. I've seen built but uninhabited versions of the main neighborhoods uploaded to MTS, but I've never seen anything like that for the universities. Is there someone who can help me out here?

I mean, this is super useful, but I'd really prefer SSU. I'll go back to this if I can't find anything else.
