WCIF "Anyone/Non-Active Sims Can Run" Mod?
Pretty self-explanatory. I found about a mod that could do this by checking Theo's Shack Archive, but the download "link" for the hack itself has never been archived. Plus, I don't know if it's updated to AL/M&G/UC.

Does anyone know of a similar hack? Or happens to have his downloads saved up somewhere? I'd be interested in "Unlock alien eyes for all skintones" as well, but I already posted a specific thread for it. :P
