You can get body tattoos as a tattoo box, like the ones by Deedee here: https://deedee-sims.tumblr.com/post...ed-tattoo-boxes (click the links to see the boxes, this is an update for all of them). I think they're based on the same concept as overlays like sunburns/burns and overlays for unnatural sims that keep their original skin as a base - but they can be added and removed.

Face mask makeup (in the makeup category) is not possible, and as accessories would be more pain than gain to make because it requires a fullbody mesh overlaying the existing mesh, and it won't morph properly with bodytypes (someone made leggings not long ago, and I know there's gloves too - that's probably the most advanced ones that will look any good, though).
