Default A mature-skin texture makeup (without wrinkles) on top of Maxis-match skins?
I already use wrinkle makeup separately, but I want to add more texture on the skin of some of my 30 to 40-something Sims as an alternative or addition to fine lines.
Examples: bumpy skin texture or hyperpigmentation spots.
