Hey guys Does anyone know if custom downloaded fridges would work for Castaway Stories? I've searched all over the internet and couldn't find any info. In this game fridges require the electricity thingabob to be installed in the lot in order to work properly, which makes me think that there would need to be some hacking involved to make a custom fridge castaway ready. Any opinions? I wanna plop this awesome fridge in DLs but I'm scared

All I can say is try, Castaway Stories had a lot of things removed so you may be able to try recolors of the 1 fridge in the game.
It sounds like it should work so go ahead and try it and please let us know if it does.

We also have a Stories Game section but it can only be found when you click on "Discussion" then click on "Overview" and go all the way down to the bottom called "Sims Stories".

Oh recolors of the fridge work for sure, I was hesitant because this is a new mesh rather than a recolor. And yeah, it looks like I've got no choice but to try it on my own this time

The fridge doesn't even show up in the garter/buy mode Custom content is enabled and deco new meshes show up fine, but not custom fridges, apparently :/
