@Vrman87 - you were interested in a 9 year old hood count. My oldest hood, created 2009, I have just checked and it has 455 characters. I started out with a round 100 playables; the rest are NPCs, townies (regrettably, I have two full sets of AL Social townies for some strange reason), bin sims I deleted, and born-in-game sims, as well as a few that I created randomly just because I wanted someone to fill a specific role or had an idea.

Despite having the hood 13 years, I'm on something like Day 18 for all my families. I don't play strict rotations; I use Pescado's Lot Sync Timer and am "allowed" to play families with the lowest day number, for as long as I like, and then I will switch to the next lowest number. This keeps everyone in sync beautifully and has the benefit of not forcing me into either a rotation order or length.
