I must confess I'm not a slider specialist
I had Sims in my game who were height-adjusted by another height mod (not Bloom's). The slider settings of both sliders just added up, so tall teens turned out really tall at the end of their teen span. Not a pretty sight but it worked. Can't say if this works for all height sliders.

-Will it crash? To my knowledge: No.
-Will it look good? Hm. Rather not, but you can try and see

One question is whether you wish to keep the height settings of your Sims.

If you are already using Bloom's slider, the mod ignores any pre-existing settings made with that slider. This can be XML tuned via the kAlwaysAssumeZeroHeight switch. Setting it to false will preserve these settings.

If you have no problem with losing the height modifications you have already made with your slider
you can just undo them (or actually hide them) by uninstalling the height slider you are currently using.

This is an awesome mod! I'm probably going to wait for some bugs to be announced and/or fixed before testing it though, because my game is... meh

Oi, this is *very* interesting! I remember I kinda expected TS3 to work that way back when it was announced. I was thoroughly disappointed that TS3 would still use the same old age stages when older games had already successfully incorporated blending technologies to slowly age characters. It's a mystery to me how the Sims games can be so utterly ignorant of popular game mechanisms such as this.
I commend you for your effort, and I sincerely hope that the upcoming 'Seasons' expansion won't ruin your idea. This would be an *awesome* addition to the game!

The bad kind of out weighs the good for me. I've always wanted a mod like this but the clipping issue is something I can't really deal with. Very good job from what I can tell though. I'll look into later versions. (I have it bookmarked)

Amazing. I'd love to try it, but my game just wouldn;t be able to handle glitches or bugs well.

Is this affected by a longer or shorter lifespan? Will children/teens grow taller or shorter if you have longer or shorter children/teen spans in your game? I never use the standard EA spans. Thanks! Looks like a fun mod!

This is just mind blowing. Though I guess I won't be using this mod since I often use cheats to suddenly trigger the age transfer when I get enough of the sim being a kid or a teen so maybe this mod wouldn't like that kind of age meddling But still this is effing epic

Sims always grow from what it defines as 0% to 100% (unless you XML mod the mod).
Sims always get one update per night.

Different life spans for child/teen define how fast they grow, not how tall they get.

Now this is the reason I love the modding community, wonders why EA wouldn't do it for Sims 3? Great idea and looks like it's implemented well. I will have to try it when my sim's baby turn to child. Thank you very much for sharing this wonderful idea!

Great mod I am testing it now and it works fine for me right now. I had one sim though who was a child, that became a teenager right before she visited my sim... I have not gotten around to instaling Master Controler yet, but now I have... so I'm going to see if she was about to age up that day... Hmm I have just entered my safe game, and some wierd thing is happening with her... she is invisible right now

When you encounter invisible Sims it would be interesting to know if they are really invisible or if they are just very very tiny and their thought bubbles seem to come out of the floor.

The latter is a problem with the recent patches and affects unmodded games as well.
I made a quickfixer for this particular problem http://www.den.simlogical.com/denfo....php?topic=1450

This. is. legendary. I might be testing this soon with a new save. But I wanted to make a quick thank you for the link you provided to the Invisible Sim Fixer, I've been having that problem for ages and could never see a solution. And also thank you for this mod. :3

Yes, gets installed like any other mod.

Please let the game run for a few sim-minutes and try typing it again. If it still doesn't work it seems that the game hasn't loaded the mod for some reason.
