Hey folks. I'm looking for mods to shut off these types of sounds:
1. Moronic wish completed sound,
2. Petty woohoo sound,
3. Imbecile full moon warning sound.

I’m pretty sure you can accomplish this without mods. Go into settings under sounds, and you can adjust the volume on voices, music, tasks, ambiance, etc. You can also mute a category too. If you want to mute only the sounds you listed, vs all of a similar type (task or ambiance), then you might need a mod. If that’s the case, I’m not sure about the existence of those.

I just want to shut down those sounds as they're getting lame. I still like many sound effects in the game.

TFM over at the asylum has a number of STFU sound blockers here https://simsasylum.com/tfm/index.ph...ods-ts3/page/5/ you dmo have to be registered there. Not sure if there is the ones you are looking for but maybe you can add the sounds to it, or make your own from it.

I use no sound mod from over here https://modthesims.info/d/458056/no-more-annoying-sounds.html . It's called jonha_no_sting_sounds.zip for basegame and there's the one you're looking for called "dream fullfill" inside that package file. I edited the package itself and removed almost all of them except a couple that I wanted to mute in my game. The modder also has no woohoo sound mod uploaded separately https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=380405.

thank you all for the suggestions. too bad there's no mod to shut down full moon warning sound. well I guess I'll have to start learning how to tune the audio files.
