On the SIMS 2 section of that site that is linked to in the post, go to the Meshes/Fashion section. And then select the Female link.
And then simply navigate by clicking the numbers 1-9 at the bottom of the page. I was confused too at first. It's not the most intuitively programmed web page :sadpanda:

I'm not sure which one is actually the correct mesh, but I downloaded -
Page 1 'Ballgown'
Page 2 'Wide Gown' (I think this is the one!)
Page 7 'Mermaid'

Hope that helps

.-. Mesh for the dress isn't working. Pretty sad since it looks nice..
