If you've ever watched Night in the Museum 2, think of young Al Capone.

I'm looking for clothing and skin that will do something similar to this (eyes, skin, clothing, even fully made sims would do), preferably for male characters.

There is a monochrome white-to-black skin EA included in fully patched games. I hate how ambiguous the skin picker is, you can never tell at a glance which skin is which, or what the color ramps are, unless you literally click every single one, it's frikkin needles and haystacks.
