Which Tumblr? Just a picture isn't too helpful unless someone recognizes that particular picture, since there are a LOT of sim-related Tumblrs. Are you sure the sim was even up for download? Sometimes people just share pictures over there.

Which specifies the sim is called Eva.
So- do a search on DuckDuckGo using that as a search parameter like this:

Which says the sim is Eva. Her face looks the same even though she has some different hair and makeup. So maybe it's her?

@Tleilaxu3 My second link is actually to the sim called Eva, and I showed you what to type into a search engine to find it. The image you posted has her in different CC, and is illustrating the face template made from that sim.

You're right, it is the same sim with different CC.
The eyebrows on the Eva sim in Serabiet's site are called: io_brows_OmaZalosci.rar.

I was able to download and put her in my game to "glam" up the neighborhood.
Serabiet is a talented creator and is able to have enough face makeup to make it look like a skintone.
Except it's base game skin 2 and the eyebrows are on the same site.

You can refine your searches in any engine that supports search operands; Google and DuckDuckGo are two such search engines. I like DuckDuckGo because it doesn't track you, whereas Google tracks everything you do.

The creator, Serabiet, has quite a few nice looking sims.

I'm using some face sliders when I create playables and townies and it makes a difference.

I'm unfamiliar with DDG but am going to try it out.
