Yes they can. Download as per instructions, have your sim buy the dress, choose it for their "Formal" attire. Have them change to formalwear FIRST, and then just click on sims to "propose marriage", or I believe they will change to your chosen formalwear when you click on the wedding arch as well.

Not having a sig IS my sig. Oh wait, this is a sig, isn't it? Nevermind...

Unfortunately, those hairs aren't sims content to download.

I love this mesh and have used it to marry my gorgeous sims in the game!

May I ask though -- if enjoler is based on an actual designer dress? I saw some similar cuts of actual wedding gowns, so now I'm curious what brand, if any, this was based on. Thank you in advance!

The beauty of these dresses is ruined by the crappy maxis wedding animation.
Nonetheless, they are absolutely beautiful =P

If I was a female, I would choose the one with the straps. As a guy, my personal opinion is that strapless dresses show off too much shoulder and make girls look brawny. You can't be seen without your shoulders covered in Italy or everyone will spit at you and cast you disgusted looks. I have a house there. Amazing dresses, Mads, thank you :D

Oh my God the noobs are coming!!!!!!!!!

katzouchka, this dress comes from Oscar de la Renta

voodoo, hehe, fortunately I live in Poland and for my wedding I'll chose of course strapless one But firstly I must find a suitable guy ;p

The first dress is literally saved in my computer because I've always loved Jim Hjelm! Thank you so much for making it into a Sim dress!
