Mod still works. But it doesn't block the base bill system so it may need tweaking. I actually want to pick this up and update it for November patch tbh

Would love it if you do this. I don't want to get a big mod like MCC just for lower bills, but they are simply ridiculous. This mod doesn't work anymore sadly, so if you pick it up that would be great!
