wow! these are amazing. I'm completely in awe of your awesomeness. ^-^

I have one question, though. The casual and formal outfit for Belle won't download correctly. You put into your post that we should use clean installer, but I'm not familiar with the program, and, although I downloaded it, I can't seem to get the files to work. It makes me frustrated and, although I love the other ones I can download, I would like to be able to download all of them. ^-^ Your product is wonderful, and I love it, but I just wish I could get it to work fully!

I am having issues with the belle holiday outfit and the belle casual outfit. I try and open the packages but they say I am missing an expansion pack. the only one I am missing is holiday so I have no idea what is going on. :-p

Other than that...these are awesome. Great job.

You need Clean Installer to install files like that. It's easy to use - just read the instructions on that page.

first off, i'd like to say they are phenominal. but, i have Q-Xpress, and used it to download these characters att he same time, i downloaded them then. i went ontto my game, and i looked into the female "sim bin" in create-a-sim. i didnt see the belle i just downloaded.then i go to male, no beast/gaston. backto female and i looked through the hairstyles, and it wasnt there, men's hair wasnt there either. all i got was the yellow gown for female and the blue "suit" for male. do you kno wwhat could have went wrong?
