Default Mods are downloaded but don't work
Hello! I've been trying to get script mods to work in my game but have had no luck. Custom content is working just fine, but I cannot get the mods to work. What is really confusing me is it shows up that they are downloaded, but when I try to use them in-game, they don't even show up in gameplay. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out why this is happening. The mod that is not wanting to work is called "Maxis Hair Recolor/Hair Dye Accessory"

Mods should be unpacked. Use WinRAR or 7zip to unpack them.
