DISCLAIMER:
You should also be aware that this is accessibility training TO TEACH deaf people and others.
This post is so that deaf people and others can make their stories more available to dyslexic people who are NOT deaf OR hard of hearing so that more people can enjoy their work.
No deaf person or anyone else has to follow any of this advice.
I am not forcing you to do anything I am writing.
Thank You for existing.

Please note:
You may have to.
When writing a book, I once wanted a person to read it and offered it to them.
However, She told me she couldn't because she had Dyslexia and would require me to give the lines voice overs to make it easier for her to Enjoy.

You can also hire a voice actor on Backstage, but making the post may cost cash.

SO, I know softwares deaf people can use to help Make their books more accessible to Dyslexic people or those who have trouble reading and the blind:

1. Clipchamp.com

It's a video editing website.

When you go into the editor, click on "Create a Video" on the top right corner of the webpage.
Then, once the project file has been built by the software, you go to "Record and Create" then Click on "Text to Speech."

It makes three options appear:
Language
Voice
Speech Speed

I don't suggest a deaf person messing with Speech Speed, you may make it too fast or too slow.

Voice isn't a bad one, however, here are some things to know:
The differences in voices for those who can hear are NOTICEABLE.
So, if a certain voice is needed for your story, it may be best read below:

A message To those born deaf:
Boys and girls sound very different and it is very noticable for those who can hear.

Girl voices have the word "Feminine" next to their names.
Boy voices have the word "Masculine" next to their names.

The Davis - Masculine voice sounds like an older African-American Male.
Coming from a black woman, a lot of black people DO sound a little different from whites, even having a bit of their own accent.
A lot of Born-Deaf people may not know this because they can't hear, so I specified why I had to mention Davis' vocal differences.

Accent voices sound better in Text to speech.
Please note that the language option doesn't change the language of english words, it will add accent to them but also mispronounce some words.

For the born deaf:
Children and adults have different voices, so I'm gonna tell you which would sound like a child to a non-deaf person's ears.
The United Kingdom English option has the child voices:
Maisie - Feminine

English United States Child voices:
Ana - Feminine

Rosa, the clipchamp English Philippines voice sounds like a tween or early teen.

If you want a child male voice, go to https://app.blasteronline.com/speechelo/ or Amazon Voices.

THere is a voice called "

Oliver Kid, Male "
He sounds like a soothing little boy.
Speechelo costs money.
A free option is:
https://voicemaker.in/
Luckily, this website will tell you if a voice sounds like a child or not by having "Child" in its name.
Please note: "Ivy" doesn't sound like a realistic child.
The "Kevin" Voice does sound like a real child boy.

Any voice with the name Ivy is typically gonna be a child girl's voice.
