Default No empty lots challenge.
So you've got a lovely legacy family going. As these families tend to go, they make a lot of money over the generations. But when you get up into the millions, what do you spend it on? Real estate of course!

The basic premise of the challenge is simple. For whatever town you've settled in, make sure that there are absolutely no empty lots left. You can fill the lots with homes, businesses, parks, or anything the sims 3 will let you create! I personally recommend more community lots than homes, as the sims 3 left us with so many different community lot types. You can showcase whatever Premium content you've got, as well as add in lot types missing from the town.

I do have some rules for you though:

1. No duplicate rabbit holes. If the town already has a hospital, you don't need another one. If you want to replace the original, knock it down and place the one you want.
2. Try to build only one of each type of lot. A sim town doesn't need five laundromats.
3. Stay consistent to the town theme. If you're playing in Isla Paradiso, don't go building a winter wonderland. That being said there's still amazing flexibility.
4. Do not add additional lots in create-a-world.
5. Do not set any lot type as "no visitors allowed". We want everyone in town to use this lot, not just your sim family!
6. If you fill the lots with houses, try not to build megamansions no sim could afford without cheats. Remember, sim families only start off with about $20,000.
