It says it is "included in all archives", I checked when I downloaded it and it has a document named "MESH." The bags should be in the accessories where the glasses are, but they won't have a picture of a bag, instead a face or something, but just hover over the faces till you find something like "bananabomb" and it might say bags or something, and click it, your sim should be wearing a bag. Hope this helped
