Default No weather in neighbourhood-display
Is there any mod/ a way you can make the neighbourhood you play in not changing the weather to winter,fall,spring etc.

I would like to have summer in my neighbourhood displays all the time, i still want weather and seasons in my lots but not in the neighbourhood. Anyone? Any idea?
