It appears as a premade lot in the right bottom ofthe screen in "edit city"

Hmmm that's weird O_O I have no idea of what happened, have you tried on putting it on another lot? And if it still doesn't work, just smooth the terrain there a little or use the CFE cheat in the whole lot. I'm so sorry, but that doesn't happen in my game, so I don't know what caused it ):

I would use this lot for example the beginning of my diary .. Can I? Only screenshots of course, and no change! Of course I'll tell 'you, but unfortunately the creator of six site links will not be tolerated!
(I used google transator not notice my bad English! XD)

This was no good att all. When I installed the lot to my game it freezed and after that I cant start the game anymore. When the bar showing loading is full nothing happens. So I have to uninstall everything, thanks

I've got an issue with this lot. No matter where I try to place it it appears as sunken in. I'm trying to place it in Starlit Shores as it's gorgeous and would be perfect for my sim but so far it's a no go. Can someone help me please?
