Default Stuck in the upload wizard
I'm stucked in "Additional Information",
what I am trying to upload does not have CC but it asks me for CC data anyway and I cannot advance

As it mentions in the red box, you still need an actual title for the custom content.  It has detected that there *is* CC, so you need to put in a title for it
