Default HQ mod doesn't seem to be working.
I've been trying to get the HQ Mod to work in my game but it doesn't seem to be working.

Here's what I've done so far:
- Replaced the GraphicsRules.sgr file in Bin_Le.
- Installed the default replacement textures from AlfSi.
- Installed the HQ Switch Mod.
- Converted the textures for my CC using the HQ Texture Converter.
- Switched on HQ Sims/Uncompressed Sim Textures in the game options.

And yet this cap texture still looks terrible.



Am I missing something here?

If it helps, here are my system specifications:
Operating System: Windows 10 Professional 64-bit (10.0, build 19044)
Processor: AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor (x64-based) (4.00 GHz)
RAM: 8.192 GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (approx. 8.008 GB RAM, driver version 27.21.14.5751)

I'm playing version *1.93.129.1030 of the Base Game without any packs.
