Does the rule about content not made by you include models ripped from games?

I think your query should have been posted in "Creator's Issues" as the Moderators are the experts on what is allowed and consequently, they would be checking your upload to ensure it meets the guidelines.
The Creator's Issues section is private too.
I think you might want to expand on your query or give an example when posting; my own thought is if you are questioning it yourself, it probably doesn't but do check with the Moderators.

It'll depend on the game. I think at this point the only allowed models is from any Sims game. Most other companies have strict TOUs that do not allow you to use their resources in any other way.
