I love this lot. Is it cool if I use it for the world I'm building? It's a small size map, and I'm trying to keep the lots as small as I possibly can.

Thank you so much for this! I just decided to try playing Sunset Valley again and was quite miffed when I couldn't find a spot to place the one that came with the game. I remembered having seen this link somewhere and set about finding it.

Why does this require WA and AMB to have in my game if it's just from LN?

Because the "props" added to the lot include objects from those EPs.

Thanks for this. I also was struggling with that 64x64 size of the film rabbithole, which i wanted to place in sunset valley. Had placed it in barnacle bay before, but there wasn't a good road to it and it was just standing right in the middle of a field. I don't like that.
Good thing it's now reduced.

Thank you so much!! I was so ANNOYED that I couldn't put the Movie Studio in Sunset Valley. 64x64 and I couldn't demolish one of the fishing spots to put it in i was just like...UGH. But this is incredible thank you so much, you deserve more than 2 pages of comments. This should be the featured download for eternity!!!

Thank you SO SO SO MUCH. It was so annoying trying to fit the huge lot, half the time it wouldn't go green even if there was space. This saves me so much frustrations and cliffs from the rolling hills of sunset.

After my sim became a TV Actor, the lot wouldn't let him work there any more.
<EDIT>
Nevermind. It's a glitch with careers. Specifically, the outfits. For some reason, occasionally, your sim won't change outfits for work, and that also cancels their attempt to go to work.

Thanks for the smaller lot! It's much more convenient for placing into the world. Frees up an extra 64 x 64 lot. I'll be recommending this whether I see someone asking for a small studio.
