Desktop or laptop?
Hello. I am planning to buy a new computer and just wanted to get others opinions on whether they have a desktop or laptop and which one they think is better for playing the Sims 3.

Thanking you in advance

Desktops also tend to last years longer than laptops, overall they manage airflow and thus cooling better for those long gameplay sessions, and I for one would not enjoy simming on a small screen (although of course one can add an external monitor).

I agree that the only advantage a laptop ever adds is portability.

I agree with both nitro and igazor, or you have absolutely no space for a desktop, like you live in a tiny home with no space for a desk.
