Can't Access the MTS Site on my Macbook?
Hiya! I finally got around to downloading the sims 4 on my new macbook and of course I become unhealthy obsessed with it once again. So I decided to add some mods to the game, like I have done in the past, so I tried go to MTS to find some I'd like but instead of being greeted by the homepage, I was instead greeted by an Error 1020 page stating that my access to the site had been denied. So then I tried accessing it on my phone and I got in just fine! Is there anything I can do about this? I was using safari to look it up, so for a bit I thought it might be that, but when I used the safari app on my phone I could access the site so I don't think that's the reason.
Any help or input is appreciated, thank you very much!

Hiya!

have you by any chance seen this reply before? https://modthesims.info/showthread....689#post5747689

Else, some of the tips on that thread are something you could try and check Because you aren't logging in from a third party site right? Just literally this link: https://www.modthesims.info/

Alternatively, this is a known issue from cloudflare, but it's not something we can change on our side :/ but they do have a helpful guide as to what to do: https://webpop.io/cloudflare/error-1020-access-denied/

Lemme know if that helps!

Thank you for the reply!
I was not using a third party site to access it but I can assume from the information given by Cloudflare it was probably due to the fact that I had had my cookies turned off at the time. I turned off the cookies and retried, however that didn't work along with restarting and shutting my laptop and turning it back on again. I am going to try to go through cloudflare to figure it out because I would still very much so like to use MTS and hopefully they'll be able to do something about it!
Thank you very much again!

When you get this error, if you could copy/paste the Ray ID then I can look it up on Cloudflares side and see which firewall rule is being triggered.
