Never encountered a problem like this and so far you are the only one who has reported something like this.

I have World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, and a bunch of stuff from the Sims Store. Well Probably should of checked Amberly before I posted, but anyways. I fixed it by removing the exact same file he did, odd that the High Boots, are causing the issue. She's a great looking sim.

Wow! What a beautiful lady sim - she's so hot! Snowy White in the nature would be good for wallpaper. :-)
I won't dl her 'cos it has too many CCs but anyway you done good job!
