Amazing job!! I could be mistaken here... but I think it requires Bon Voyage to work, because I know in Seasons you don't have the the ocean or beach front properties.

and another awesome creation that my EP-filter has sorted out and I have to find by complete accident... These are the most greatest deco boats I've ever seen! Tempts me to grungify it and build a whole port around it...
