This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default can't enable CC
When I open TS2, I get the "Custom Content is disabled" popup, but when I check "enable custom content," and restart my game, the pop up just shows up again. I've run the game with CC on this computer before no problem, and I used Clean Installer to clear out any problem files.

Hi, you need to set 'Display Custom Content Dialog at Startup' to off, as shown here:
